Beyond the chat table, Entergram keeps a directory of the contacts and groups your connected accounts know about. Open it at /contacts.
Contacts requires at least one connected Telegram account and a plan with analytics (Pro, or a Pro seat).
Three views

Groups
Section titled “Groups”Every group and channel your accounts belong to:

Click a group for its member list, including per-member history — Joined, Left, Promoted, Demoted, Banned, with the previous status where relevant.
Network
Section titled “Network”A graph of how contacts and groups connect to each other. Useful for finding the shared groups that link you to a target account, and for spotting clusters in a community.
Contact details
Section titled “Contact details”Clicking a contact opens their profile:
- User ID, Username, Phone
- Badges — Premium, Verified, Bot
- Groups (
{n}) — every group you share - History — membership events over time
If a contact’s details can’t be fetched you’ll see “Contact details are unavailable for this account.”
Syncing
Section titled “Syncing”Contacts and groups sync in the background on Entergram’s servers. The header shows
Last sync and Next sync times, and a progress panel while a sync runs (“Imported {n} contacts”).
Excluded chats are omitted from contact syncing — see Excluded chats.
Personal vs workspace scope
Section titled “Personal vs workspace scope”- Workspace Contacts aggregates every connected account in the workspace and shows

{connected}of{total}accounts connected”. - Contacts (personal) shows only your own accounts.
Which one you get depends on your role and the Members can see all analytics workspace setting. See Permissions & privacy settings.
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”Contacts and groups are both export targets under Settings → Workspace → Data → Data export, and are included in the full workspace ZIP. See Data export & deletion.
