Contacts & groups

Beyond the chat table, Entergram keeps a directory of the contacts and groups your connected accounts know about. Open it at /contacts.

Contacts requires at least one connected Telegram account and a plan with analytics (Pro, or a Pro seat).

Switch with the view toggle at the top:

A searchable table of every contact:

ColumnNotes
NameAvatar plus display name
PhoneOnly where shared in Telegram
BioThe contact’s Telegram bio
Shared GroupsHow many groups you have in common
Known ByWhich workspace member’s account knows this contact

Results paginate — “(loaded {n} of {total})” with Load More Contacts.

Every group and channel your accounts belong to:

ColumnNotes

Owners & RolesWho runs it
My RoleOwner, Admin, Member or Subscriber

Click a group for its member list, including per-member history — Joined, Left, Promoted, Demoted, Banned, with the previous status where relevant.

A graph of how contacts and groups connect to each other. Useful for finding the shared groups that link you to a target account, and for spotting clusters in a community.

Clicking a contact opens their profile:

  • User ID, Username, Phone
  • Badges — Premium, Verified, Bot
  • Groups ({n}) — every group you share
  • History — membership events over time

If a contact’s details can’t be fetched you’ll see “Contact details are unavailable for this account.”

Contacts and groups sync in the background on Entergram’s servers. The header shows Last sync and Next sync times, and a progress panel while a sync runs (“Imported {n} contacts”).

Excluded chats are omitted from contact syncing — see Excluded chats.

  • Workspace Contacts aggregates every connected account in the workspace and shows {connected} of {total} accounts connected”.
  • Contacts (personal) shows only your own accounts.

Which one you get depends on your role and the Members can see all analytics workspace setting. See Permissions & privacy settings.

Contacts and groups are both export targets under Settings → Workspace → Data → Data export, and are included in the full workspace ZIP. See Data export & deletion.
