Slack audit log that tells you when it breaks, and a chat list that survives reconnects

See when your Slack connection needs attention and fix it in one click, add channels with confidence, and keep your chat list after Entergram restarts or a subscription is renewed.

New

  • The Slack integration shows when its connection is broken or missing permissions, explains why, and offers Reinstall Slack to fix it. Workspace admins also get an email when it breaks.

Improved

  • Before a Slack channel is activated, Entergram checks that its bot is in the channel and allowed to post there.
  • Slack deliveries are paced to stay within Slack's limits, and events held back by a broken connection are kept for up to 72 hours instead of piling up.
  • Slack exports only messages from the Telegram accounts of the member who connected Slack.

Fixed

  • The chat list no longer goes empty after Entergram restarts or after a subscription is renewed; open tabs reconnect on their own.
  • Creating a Telegram folder that Telegram rejects now says what to change, such as adding at least one chat or rule, or shortening the name, instead of a generic error.

A chat list that stays fast at any size, and login codes kept from members

  • Choose for yourself whether link previews are shown in your chats.

Improved

  • Every filter and sort in the chat list, including custom fields, assignees, online status, folders and search, now loads quickly in large workspaces and on accounts with tens of thousands of chats.
  • Deep pages of a folder or a search open as fast as the first page, and every page shows its own chats instead of repeating an earlier one.
  • The chat list keeps loading while chats are being edited or excluded in bulk, instead of failing and retrying.
  • Entergram talks to Telegram more gently, so read marks and channel updates reach Telegram reliably and accounts hit fewer Telegram limits.
  • Dark mode uses consistent surfaces across tables, popovers and the details panel.

Fixed

  • With Hide Telegram login codes from members turned on, members no longer see login codes anywhere, including in-app pop-ups, chat previews, history, search and integrations.
  • Last-message previews with emoji or non-Latin text are no longer cut in the middle of a character.
  • Excluded channels stay hidden in every sort and filter.
  • Message history requested through the Public API is retried automatically after a dropped Telegram connection.

  • Share a view with selected members, and let only owners and admins create and save views so members work in the views shared with them.
  • Turn on Hide link previews to see links without a preview card and to send, edit and forward messages without one.
  • Workspace owners can allow only themselves to use MCP and the API.
  • Every member with a Pro seat can create and manage their own Public API keys.
  • Choose the Slack channel for audit messages from a searchable list in Entergram, including private channels the Entergram bot was invited to.

  • Hide Telegram contact and group details now also hides @usernames in names and messages, and Hide names masks names everywhere, including the chat header and Details.
  • Invited colleagues skip the setup steps and go straight to their workspace, and you can sign out during setup or on the sign-in page to use another account.
  • Message links in tickets open inside Entergram, and searching for a chat to link only shows chats from Telegram accounts you can access.
  • Excluding a chat by @username checks that the username is valid, and existing invalid entries are flagged so you can remove them.
  • The chat list and Telegram folder views open faster and stay responsive in large, busy workspaces, including those with many excluded chats.
  • Messages send faster, recently viewed chats open faster, and custom emoji load faster across your accounts.

Fixed

  • The chat list loads while some accounts are still syncing, no longer goes blank for Telegram accounts shared by several members, and stays live when another account needs reconnecting.
  • Chats you have already answered no longer reappear as unread, and the chat list preview updates when you edit the last message.
  • The agent who sent a message stays visible when you reopen the chat, and agent names are only shown within your own workspace.
  • Search finds chats by numeric ID and in narrow windows, and the chat list no longer goes blank after you clear the search.
  • Videos and other files larger than 16 MB now download in full.
  • Email sign-in codes are no longer blocked by a too-strict limit, and signing in with a dotted variant of your Gmail address points you to your existing account.
  • Handing billing over to a new owner works for plans whose prices include VAT.
  • Chats linked to a ticket open even when the ticket has no Telegram account attached, and messages from deleted Telegram accounts show Deleted user as the author.

Albums in templates, messaging channels and a steadier chat window

  • Templates can hold up to 20 files and send them as Telegram albums, with the caption sent once.
  • Templates keep custom Premium emoji and support quotes in the template and its preview.
  • Channels that accept direct messages show a Message channel action that opens your private conversation with the channel.
  • Copy a link to any Telegram message, and open Telegram links and mentions directly in Entergram.
  • AI assistants can be connected through MCP in read-only mode.

Improved

  • Large media uploads are given the time they need and are no longer reported as failed while they are still sending.
  • A message that could not be confirmed stays in the conversation marked as failed, with a Retry button, instead of disappearing.
  • Chats you archive in Telegram and unread marks you set in Telegram now show up in Entergram, and Telegram folder filters return the whole folder.
  • Ticket activity shows your colleague's name, and every ticket status change is recorded reliably.
  • The agent who sent the last message is shown on every account that can see the conversation.
  • Messages Entergram cannot display yet offer an Open in Telegram link, and deleted Telegram contacts are marked while their history stays readable.
  • Entergram loads faster: translations and fonts are downloaded only when they are needed.

Fixed

  • Invited colleagues who paste their invite link during sign-up join the workspace instead of being asked to create one.
  • The chat list no longer stays empty for a few minutes after your Telegram account moves to another workspace.
  • The newest messages stay visible when you jump to an older message, and a new reaction no longer disappears after Telegram updates the message.
  • Template files send on every active plan, Premium senders can use the full 4,096-character caption, and /commands run when you press Enter.
  • Formatting shortcuts match their tooltips on every keyboard layout, bold and underline survive Markdown, and underscores show correctly in chat previews.
  • Saved views no longer show chats from another scope, and the group member count refreshes when you open chat details.
  • Public API and MCP: Telegram service events are marked as such, refused history reads say the history is unavailable, and rate limits apply per workspace member.

Faster member removal for large accounts

Hand over billing with ownership, faster views and steadier Telegram accounts

Hand a workspace's billing to its new owner with their own card, switch views faster, and keep Telegram accounts connected more reliably.

New

  • The workspace payer can hand billing over to the new owner. The new owner adds their own card (nothing is charged today), confirms the amounts, and the plan, every seat and add-on move to them from the next renewal. The previous payer is never charged again.
  • Workspaces on the workspace subscription can transfer ownership again: ownership and billing move together once the chosen member accepts with their card.
  • Star your favourite views and switch between them with quick tabs, and filter chats by view and assignee.

Improved

  • Bulk workflows, chat search tabs and the view toolbar are clearer and easier to use.
  • A banner now tells you when a Telegram account is disconnected and lets you reconnect it.
  • Billing reminders are sent by email only, and trial-expiry reminders only for trials that just ended.

Fixed

  • Disconnecting one Telegram account no longer disconnects your other accounts, and accepting an invite reactivates only the accounts it brings over.
  • Joining another workspace never deletes your own workspace without your explicit confirmation.
  • Changing the phone number of a Telegram account is picked up automatically, and accounts whose connection was stopped are shown as disconnected.
  • The chat list recovers from a failed live update and never shows chats from another filter; folder counts stay correct while folders are edited.
  • Copying a Telegram username includes the @, image captions no longer wrap too narrowly, and message links can be selected.
  • Public API message requests wait briefly for the account to come online instead of failing, and missing avatars return a clear status instead of a server error.

  • Entergram is now available in 18 languages, including right-to-left languages. New: Persian, Indonesian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Thai, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.
  • Messages sent to a channel through its "Message" button (channel direct messages) now appear in your chat list as a conversation.
  • See who saw a message by hovering over it or from the message menu.
  • Workspace privacy can now also hide group and channel names, not only people's names.
  • Shared inboxes show clearer indicators and tabs, and connecting an account explains the difference between a shared and a private account.

  • Profile pictures update in the conversation and chat details as soon as they change.

Notion integration, read receipts, and a faster first load

  • Connect a Notion workspace from Settings and link chats to a Notion database, so every conversation keeps a page your team can open.
  • Edit a linked Notion page inline from the chat panel, with a separate Notes tab, block actions, and drafts that survive closing the panel.
  • Keep chat custom fields and Notion database properties in sync through one workspace destination, with an explicit Telegram ID mapping so every row matches the right chat.
  • See who read your message in a group chat by opening the read receipts from the double tick.
  • Exclude many chats at once with visible progress, and review which chats a member has excluded.
  • Recognise synced columns at a glance: a custom column filled by an integration now shows that provider's logo.
  • See a preview of the media you are replying to directly in the composer.

  • Entergram opens faster and shows a branded loading screen with your workspace logo while it restores your last session.
  • The first load no longer repeats the same requests or builds the chat table twice, and your chats appear without waiting for the excluded-chat list.
  • Integrations moved into the main Settings navigation, with chat providers grouped on one tab and each integration in a collapsible card.
  • Settings look and behave consistently across the app, with clearer cards, tidier typography, and a better layout on phones.
  • Outgoing text is trimmed and formatting re-fitted the way Telegram clients do it, so bold, italic, and links survive templates and placeholders.
  • Workspace privacy now hides people's names from members who may not see them, including in message previews and service messages, and blocks renaming a contact those members cannot see.
  • The Notion status panel no longer re-reads your database schema every few seconds and refreshes on demand instead.

  • Telegram folder views recover on their own after a restart, and folders open faster on large accounts.

  • Renaming a Telegram contact now sticks: the new name shows in the conversation and the chat list, and it is still there after a refresh.
  • Marking a chat as read no longer clears unread messages that arrived afterwards.
  • Unread counts and read state survive reconnects instead of being overwritten by older local state.
  • Albums keep the order Telegram gave them, and a partly sent album no longer loses its remaining media.
  • Composer drafts are preserved while a sent message is reconciled.
  • Monospace text and quoted blocks keep their formatting in the message view.
  • Opening a ticket's source message or a linked chat now switches to the account you are entitled to view it with.
  • You are no longer signed out after leaving Entergram idle.
  • Removing a member now deactivates the Telegram accounts that removal detaches.
  • Member rows show when a seat has lapsed, with the action in a clearer place.
