For groups and channels where your account has admin rights, the chat panel’s Details tab has a Management section.

Entergram shows Telegram admin rights detected when you can make changes, and No management rights detected when you can only look. Individual rows are marked Enabled or View only accordingly.

Default member rights — what everyone (non-admins) may do:

Allow messages · Allow media · Stickers · Allow polls · Allow link previews · Allow inviting users · Allow pinning messages · Allow changing info · Allow managing topics.

Review pending members. Shows a {n} pending badge.

  • Accept or Reject individually, with the user’s ID shown.
  • Accept all / Dismiss all for the whole queue (with a confirmation).
  • Open chat jumps to the conversation.

Empty state: “No pending requests.”

Create, revoke, approval links.

  • New invite link with an optional Link title, then Create link.
  • Links are grouped into Active and Revoked.
  • Each shows badges — Approval (requires admin approval), {n} used, {n} requested.
  • Actions: Copy, Revoke, Delete.

The Invite Link column in the chat table surfaces the primary link without opening the panel.

For supergroups with forum mode:

  • Forum mode on/off. On: “Messages are organized into topics.” Off: “This supergroup uses one shared history.”
  • Show topics as tabs uses Telegram’s tab layout.
  • New topic with a title and an icon colour.
  • Per topic: Open, Rename, Close / Reopen, Hide / Show, Delete. Topics show Closed, Pinned and Hidden states.
  • Search topics, and Load more topics for long lists.

Disabling forum mode: “Telegram may reject this while topic state still requires attention. Existing history is not deleted by Entergram.” Deleting a topic deletes its Telegram history and cannot be undone.

The Members column (or View members on a group row) opens the member list with roles and statuses.

  • Search by name, username or rank.
  • Roles: Owner, Admin, Member, Subscriber. Statuses: Left, Banned. Bots carry a Bot badge.
  • Actions where you have rights: Send message, Remove member, Ban member — each with a confirmation.
  • Long lists paginate with Load more members.
