Storage & limits

Este conteúdo não está disponível em sua língua ainda.

Settings → Workspace → Data → Storage tracks the space your attachments and templates take up.

ScopeWhen it applies
WorkspaceShare broadcast templates is on — attachment storage pools across seats
PersonalTemplates are personal per member — each member has their own quota

The panel shows {percent}% used of the relevant quota, {amount} remaining, or {amount} over limit.

Shown live in the app, since they vary by plan:

LimitMeaning
Max file sizeLargest single attachment
Files per templateAttachment count cap per template
Max templatesHow many templates you can save
Total storageThe overall quota

Elsewhere in the app you’ll see related caps inline, e.g. “Each file up to 5MB. Max 3 files per ticket.” on ticket attachments, and the per-type limits in the broadcast composer (photos up to X; video/audio/documents up to Y; voice up to Z).

Templates — usage per template, with the creator (by you / a member’s name), file count, and No attachments where relevant. Delete a template to reclaim its space. If templates are shared, only the creator can delete.

Members — usage per member, with their template count and {percent}% of workspace storage”.

Empty state: “Storage data will appear once you upload attachments.”

In rough order of return:

  1. Delete unused templates with attachments. One 5 MB PDF in an old template is worth more than a hundred text templates.
  2. Trim ticket attachments on closed tickets.
  3. Remove chat files you attached in the CRM but no longer need — these are the files in the chat panel’s Files section, not Telegram media.
  4. Compress before uploading. Screenshots as WebP or JPEG rather than PNG typically cut size by 60–80%.

If you’re persistently over the limit, the fix is more capacity — see Plans & billing.

  • Telegram media in your conversations. That lives on Telegram, not in your Entergram quota.
  • Chat history and metadata.
  • Custom field values, tickets, comments and notes — text, not storage.

Storage is only about the files you upload into Entergram: template attachments, ticket attachments, chat files, and workspace logos.
