Analytics → Log history is the audit trail: recent activity timeline, with a total count and pagination (Showing {start}-{end} of {total}).

What’s recorded

Telegram actions Messages sent, edited, deleted · reactions added/removed · messages forwarded · media sent · read history (inbox/outbox) · typing · new authorization · status changes.

Chat & CRM actions Custom field values created, updated, deleted · columns created and deleted · comments added, edited, deleted · files added and deleted · reminders created, updated, completed, deleted · broadcasts sent · workspace data exported.

Membership & accounts Member joined, left, removed · role changed · ownership transferred · account shared, unshared, reconnected · fields imported.

Tickets Created, updated, deleted · status changed · priority changed · assigned / unassigned · due date changed · linked chats updated · custom fields updated · comments added/edited/deleted · attachments added/deleted · ticket column and option changes (including status and priority options).

Developer Public API key created, rotated, revoked.

Each entry carries readable detail — Status: Open -> In Progress, Priority: Low -> High, Assignee: Unassigned -> Maya, Columns: {list}, Sent: 38/40, Failed: 2, Recipients: …, File: {name}, Size: {size}, {ms} ms, Chat ID: {id}.

Team Activity

Empty state: No member activity.

Export CSV

Section titled “Export CSV”

Export CSV downloads the filtered timeline.

Restrictions:

  • Only workspace owners and admins can export audit logs. Members see “Only workspace owners and admins can export audit logs.”
  • You must have a workspace selected, and an account selected — otherwise “Select an account to export audit logs.”

Retention and privacy

Section titled “Retention and privacy”

The log is workspace-scoped and follows the same visibility rules as the rest of analytics: when Members can see all analytics is off, members see only their own activity. The full log is included in the workspace data export and removed when the workspace is deleted. See Data export & deletion.
