Sign in & onboarding

Entergram has no password. You sign in with a one-time email code (magic link) or your Google account. Signing in for the first time is signing up — there’s no separate registration.

  1. Go to app.entergram.com.
  2. Magic link — enter your email, click Send Magic Link, then enter the 6-digit code from your inbox and click Verify Code. (You can resend after a 30-second cooldown.) Google — click Continue with Google and authorize.
  3. You’re in. New accounts go to onboarding; returning users land on the chat table.

Authentication is handled by Supabase. Your browser holds a secure session cookie and every request is validated server-side, so there’s nothing to leak or reset.

The first time you sign in, a short wizard tailors Entergram to your team. Every field saves as you go, so you can close the tab and resume. You can’t use the app until it’s finished.

  1. Discovery — how you heard about Entergram.
  2. Use cases — what you’ll use Entergram for, and any integrations you want.
  3. Organization — either create a workspace (name, optional website, individual or team) or join a workspace by pasting an invite link.
  4. Book a call — an optional Calendly step that only appears for some signups (skipped if you arrived via an invite link).
  5. Connect Telegram — link your first account. See Connect a Telegram account.

Finishing the wizard drops you on the chat table with the 3-day Pro trial active.

  • Magic-link email didn’t arrive — check spam, confirm there’s no typo, and request a new code (each is single-use and time-limited).
  • “Link expired or already used” — codes are one-time; request a fresh one.
  • Google popup blocked — allow pop-ups for app.entergram.com and retry.
  • Sent back to onboarding every time — the wizard isn’t marked complete; finish the last step (Connect Telegram) to flip the flag.
