Custom columns & tags

این محتوا هنوز به زبان شما در دسترس نیست.

Custom columns and tags are what turn the chat list into a CRM. Both are edited inline from the table or from a chat’s details panel.

A custom column is your own field added to every chat — status, deal stage, owner, priority, budget, anything. Values are per-chat.

In a workspace, values are shared by Telegram chat ID: if two teammates have the same contact or group, they see the same column values on it. Update Stage once and the whole team sees it. See Privacy & data sharing.

TypeUse for
TextShort single-line values
Long textMulti-line notes
NumberNumeric values
DateA date (date picker)
CheckboxYes / no
MultiselectOne or more options from a defined, color-coded list

Open the Custom Columns control in the table header, then Add column:

  1. Name — must be unique, max 40 characters.
  2. Type — defaults to Multiselect.
  3. Options (Multiselect only) — add each option (max 20 characters, no duplicates); each gets a color, blue by default.
  4. Required? — optional toggle.
  • Rename with the pencil icon (saves automatically).
  • Reorder by dragging the grip handle in the popover.
  • Delete with the trash icon — this clears that column’s values from every chat and is recorded in the workspace activity log, so confirm first.

In a workspace, only owners and admins create, edit, or delete columns; all members can read and write the values.

Tags are colored labels you apply to chats — ideal for fluid, overlapping segments like VIP, newsletter, or trial-user.

  • Create a tag with a name and color (blue by default); duplicate names are rejected.
  • Apply from the Tags cell on a row, or in bulk from the selection toolbar.
  • Filter by tag from the Filter button.

Use tags for loose segments and custom columns for structured attributes you’ll filter and report on.
