Reminders

A reminder is a dated note attached to a chat. When it’s due, the Telegram reminder bot messages you, so you get the nudge in the same app you’re already living in.

The first time you create a reminder, Entergram offers Reminder Bot Setup. It checks every connected Telegram account and connects the bot to the ones that still need it.

  • It reports per-account results, ready or failed.
  • Refresh Status re-checks; Setup Reminder Bot runs the connection.
  • If an account already has it: “Reminder bot is already ready for all connected accounts.”

Without this, a reminder still exists in the app but you won’t get the Telegram ping.

Open a chat’s Details and find the Reminders row, then New Reminder.

Date (required)Pick a date, or use Quick Select: Tomorrow, Next Week, Next Month

Add Reminder saves it. Editing works the same way via Save Changes.

  • A badge sits on the chat row until the reminder is done. The Reminders column shows active reminders per chat.
  • The reminder side panel lists Active Reminders for this chat, and Show all opens everything Across all chats.
  • Filter by Upcoming, Past or All.
  • A calendar view shows Reminders on {date}.

Mark one Done when it’s handled, or Clear / delete it.

Reminder activity (created, updated, completed, deleted) is recorded in the workspace activity feed, so it shows up in Analytics → Log history and in Recent Changes. See Log history.
