Reminders & the Reminder Bot

此内容尚不支持你的语言。

Reminders are per-chat follow-up tasks with a date, time, and optional note. They’re delivered as a Telegram DM from a Reminder Bot — not email, not push, not in-app.

Before your first reminder works, a Reminder Bot must be connected to your Telegram account. Entergram prompts this automatically when you create your first reminder (you can also do it from Settings → Accounts → Reminder bot setup):

  1. The setup dialog lists connected accounts that still need setup.
  2. Click Setup Reminder Bot — Entergram messages the bot from your account and marks it ready.

You may see statuses of needs setup, in progress, ready, or failed. Accounts not on the newer live-sync transport can’t be set up yet and show as failed.

From the Reminders column on a row, or the Reminders section of a chat’s details panel:

  • Name (required) and an optional description (≤500 characters).
  • Date and time (24-hour; past times disabled). Your timezone is detected automatically.
  • Quick-select Tomorrow, Next Week, or Next Month.

Each reminder is one-time — recurring reminders aren’t supported.

  • The table cell shows the nearest reminder as a countdown badge (e.g. “Tomorrow 14:30”, “2d overdue”), with “+N more” if there are several.
  • The reminder side panel has a color-coded calendar and Upcoming / Old / All tabs across every chat.
  • Mark done, edit, or delete any reminder; you can reopen a completed one. There’s no snooze — edit the date or recreate.

At the reminder time, the bot sends you a Telegram DM with the name, note, and which chat it’s about — then auto-marks it complete. Workspace admins can see workspace reminders read-only in the admin data view.
