Subscribe during free access

Details bekijken

Workspace owners on free access can subscribe from Billing without a pause, and chats come back right away after access returns.

Verbeterd

  • Workspace owners on free access can subscribe from Settings → Billing at any time. Free access continues until checkout completes, so Telegram accounts never pause.
  • Workspace admins can see free seats in the Members seat table and invite from them.

Opgelost

  • When workspace access returns after a pause, the chat list shows your chats right away instead of staying empty while Telegram re-syncs.
v0.124.0

Details bekijken

Forward a message to up to 10 chats at once, see Telegram Stars prices before messaging paid channels, and make ticket fields required.

Nieuw

  • Forward one message to up to 10 chats at once.
  • When a channel charges Telegram Stars for direct messages, Entergram shows the price before you send, and holds the send until the price is known.
  • Ticket custom fields marked as required must be filled in when a ticket is created and before it is moved to Solved or Closed.

Verbeterd

  • The Telegram connect dialog says where the login code was sent and explains the two-step verification step and common errors more clearly.
  • Hidden Telegram names now show their first 4 characters instead of 3.

Opgelost

  • Renaming a workspace seat now updates the name for every member of the workspace without a reload.
  • Story videos larger than 10 MB are rejected before upload with a clear message instead of failing in Telegram.
  • Reminder Bot enrollments that got stuck can be retried again.
  • Fewer timeouts when many Telegram accounts update their permissions at the same time.
v0.123.2

Chat list recovers on its own

Details bekijken

The chat list reconnects by itself when a connected Telegram account changes, instead of retrying until it fails.

Opgelost

  • When connected Telegram accounts are added or removed, the chat list reconnects once and loads again instead of showing an error.
v0.123.1

Fewer background retries

Details bekijken

Stories and synced fields stop retrying requests that can never succeed.

Opgelost

  • Stories no longer keep reloading for Telegram accounts that Telegram has frozen.
  • A synced field that keeps getting a permanent error from its provider is paused instead of retried forever.
v0.123.0

  • The screen for connecting AI tools is redesigned and shown in your language.

Opgelost

  • Two people editing the same ticket no longer overwrite each other, and every description edit shows in the activity.
  • On iPhone and iPad, Return adds a new line, and the keyboard no longer opens by itself when you open a chat.
  • Clearer messages when Google sign-in fails or an email sign-in link is opened on another device.
  • Chats with deleted Telegram accounts clear their unread badge and show the right name.
  • A sent photo no longer disappears when Telegram confirms it late.

Verbeterd

  • Folder and option pickers are easier to use: smaller assignee menus, and "Create" sits at the end of the list.
  • The Public API never shows Telegram's login-code chat to members, and tells you how long to wait when Telegram rate-limits a request.
