Chat, comments & details

Clicking a row opens two surfaces side by side: the conversation on the left and a details panel on the right.

The full message history plus a composer.

  • Send with formatting: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and code. Type @ in a group to mention members.
  • Attach up to 10 files per send (drag-drop or the paperclip). Limits: photos ≤20 MB, video and audio ≤100 MB, documents ≤2 GB. Chat files and comment attachments are capped at 3 MB.
  • Message actions: reply, edit your own messages, delete, react, forward, and pin.
  • Media renders inline — photos, video, voice notes, stickers, locations, and polls — and opens in a lightbox with zoom and keyboard navigation.

Save repeated replies as templates to insert them with a slash command.

View and edit everything about the chat:

  • Header — avatar, name (editable for private chats), type/status badges, @username, phone, and Telegram ID (click to copy).
  • Custom fields — the same custom columns from the table, edited here for this one chat. They save on change — no save button.
  • Telegram folder selector, notes, and reminders.
  • Files — a searchable list of everything shared in the chat.
  • Management (groups/channels, if you’re an admin) — edit title, description, photo, members, and permissions.

The Comments tab holds private team notes that never reach Telegram.

  • Threaded, with author, avatar, and timestamps; edit or delete your own.
  • Attach files and react with emoji; updates are real-time and unread counts are tracked.
