Open Grok's Connectors area, create a Custom connector and paste https://mcp.entergram.com/mcp. For a managed Business or Enterprise workspace, an administrator may need to provision the connector first.

Authorize, list accounts and test read-only
Complete the Entergram OAuth consent screen. Ask Grok to list the available Telegram accounts, choose one explicitly, and summarize a bounded chat before enabling messages, tickets or CRM-field writes.
