Telegram CRM
Telegram Broadcast Tool: Send Bulk Messages Safely
Send a Telegram newsletter from your real account. Import a list, find people by username or phone number, broadcast from several accounts, track every reply.
Send Telegram newsletters to the right chats, at the right pace
A Telegram newsletter is only useful when it reaches the right people. Entergram lets you import your list, resolve the contacts you only have a phone number for, build a filtered audience, write one message and personalize it per recipient with variables and a live preview.
Broadcasts are queued on our servers and sent in the background with Telegram-aware pacing. Pause, resume or cancel a job, then inspect delivery and engagement for each recipient in Job History.

Import a list, select all, broadcast
Bring your contacts in and send. Columns you import become custom CRM fields, so the same file that built the audience also powers your filters and your merge tags. Lists larger than one job are split and queued automatically.
- -
No username? Find them by phone number
Most lists are incomplete. Give Entergram a username and it resolves the account live through your connected session, even for someone who has never messaged you. Give it a phone number instead and it finds the matching Telegram account, then adds it to your audience.
- -
Send from several accounts at once
One account sending a large campaign is a rate limit waiting to happen. Entergram spreads the send across every account you connect, each on its own dedicated IP, each keeping its own inbox and history.
- -
Delays that keep you safe
Entergram spaces messages automatically and shows an estimated delivery time before you send. The pacing is intentional: it helps keep a broadcast or newsletter inside Telegram's limits instead of pretending bulk sending should be instant.
- -
Personalize every message
Drop {{chat_name}}, {{first_name}}, or {{username}} into the message and Entergram resolves it per recipient. Preview the finished text for real chats before sending; {{username}} is blank for groups, channels, and people without a handle.
- -
Reusable templates with attachments
Save fully formatted newsletter and broadcast templates, add supported photos, video, audio, documents, or voice attachments, and reuse them from the picker. Shared templates can keep team messaging consistent.
Advanced audience filters
Start from an imported list, a chat selection, or a filter across tags, custom columns, folders, chat type and account, so each broadcast reaches exactly the right segment.
Every reply lands in a CRM
A broadcast that goes nowhere is a blast. Replies arrive in one shared inbox with pipeline stages, tags, tickets and owners, so the conversation a campaign starts is one somebody actually finishes.
Broadcast from MCP or the API
Launch a broadcast without opening the app through Entergram's Telegram MCP, so a connected AI assistant can resolve a list, apply a filter and run the send. For event-driven workflows, the REST API can also trigger broadcasts programmatically.
Post-send automations
When a job finishes, optionally update a custom column (set / add / remove) or move recipients into a Telegram folder, turning a launch broadcast into a one-click pipeline update.
Job history & per-recipient status
Every job shows its status, progress, delivered / failed / remaining counts, ETA, and an expandable recipient list. Open a completed job to review delivery and engagement, filter for no replies, or clear completed jobs.
Live ETA & message preview
Before you send a Telegram newsletter or broadcast, review the recipient count, estimated time, variables, translation, and a live preview for real recipients.
