Run your whole sales pipeline from your inbound Telegram chats

Every inbound chat arrives in one shared view instead of scattered across personal phones, so no lead goes unanswered. Turn that list into a pipeline you can actually move. Add a Stage column — Lead → Qualified → Demo → Proposal → Won → Lost — plus Priority, ARR, Last contact and Owner, then sort and filter to see who's stuck. Tag chats by segment, drop a reminder the moment you promise a follow-up (the Reminder Bot pings your Telegram on time), and when you send a launch broadcast, flip every recipient's stage in the same click. Prefer a kanban board? The Stage column is yours to define, so the same view works as a drag-across-stages board (Backlog → To Do → In Progress → Done) — add Owner and Due-date columns and it doubles as your team's task list and to-do tracker.

  • Inbound lead capture

Every inbound message across every connected account lands in one shared view — new chats surface as untagged leads you can assign, stage and answer before they go cold.

  • Pipelines as multiselect columns

Create a Stage column (Lead → Qualified → Demo → Proposal → Won → Lost), each option with its own color. Sort and filter by stage; bulk-update many leads with one action.

  • Outreach via personalized broadcasts

Use {{name}} or {{first_name}} for personalization (note: {{username}} only resolves in private chats). Templates with attachments. Conservative rate limits keep the accounts safe.

  • Follow-ups via the Reminder Bot

Drop a reminder on a chat when you commit to a follow-up — the Reminder Bot delivers it into your Telegram at the due time so the next step never slips.

Run your whole sales pipeline from your inbound Telegram chats

Every inbound Telegram message lands in the same workspace as a tracked lead — nothing sits unread in someone's personal app. From there you run it with real CRM features: custom columns for Stage and Priority, tags for segments, reminders delivered straight to your Telegram, personalized broadcasts for outreach, and an activity log for a clean audit trail. You assemble the pipeline from blocks you control and can see — no black box, no guesswork.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How do inbound Telegram leads get into the CRM?
They already are. Entergram runs on your real Telegram accounts, so every inbound message to any connected account appears in the shared workspace the moment it arrives — there's no form, no bot handoff and no import step. New conversations show up as untracked chats; add a Stage value and an owner and they become pipeline leads.
Can I see which leads are stuck in a stage?
Yes — sort and filter the chat table by your Stage custom column. Combine with the Last contact date column to spot leads that haven't moved in N days, then bulk-update or open the broadcast dialog with that selection pre-loaded.
How do team members hand off leads?
Internal comments on the chat (a teammate never sees them in Telegram). The activity log records who changed what (status, custom field, assignment), so handoffs are auditable.
Can I auto-update Stage after I send a launch broadcast?
Yes — the broadcast dialog has post-send actions: update a custom column (e.g. flip Stage from Lead to Notified) and/or move recipients into a Telegram folder.
Are there pipeline templates out of the box?
Pipelines are just multiselect columns you build yourself — no fixed templates. Most teams pick Lead → Qualified → Demo → Proposal → Won → Lost or a SaaS-flavored Trial → Activated → Paid → Churned. Set your own colors per stage.
Can I run this as a kanban board or task manager?
Yes — the Stage custom column is a kanban board. Define your own columns (e.g. Backlog → To Do → In Progress → Done), give each a color, and drag or bulk-move chats across them. Add Owner, Priority and Due-date columns plus reminders and it doubles as a team task list and to-do tracker — every card is a real Telegram conversation, so the context never leaves the task.
Do I need Pro for lead management?
Custom columns, tags, reminders and internal comments work on Basic. Broadcasts, analytics, the API/MCP and Make.com require Pro.
