Run the desk where the deal actually happens

Counterparties, market makers and token communities all live in Telegram. Entergram puts deal status, ownership and settlement context beside the chat, across every account your desk runs.

Crypto moves in Telegram DMs and groups, not in a ticketing portal. Entergram is the operating layer over those conversations: one inbox across every desk account, structured deal fields, and a timestamped record of who changed what.

100+ Telegram accounts in one inbox
5 accounts per seat on every plan
1 MCP endpoint across every account

Why this cluster

What these teams have in common

Trading teams share a problem that generic CRMs never solve: the conversation is the system of record, and it is scattered across personal Telegram accounts that nobody can see into. When a trader is away, the context goes with them.

These teams also run more accounts than anyone else. A desk might operate a dozen, an OTC operation more, a token project one per region. Every one needs its own identity, its own proxy and its own dedicated IP.

Entergram keeps Telegram exactly as it is for the counterparty, and adds the desk-side layer above it: shared fields, internal notes the counterparty never sees, SLA tickets for deadline-bound work, and an activity log for review.

Capabilities

The foundation every one of them runs on

Every account on its own proxy and dedicated IP

Accounts never share a fingerprint. This is the baseline for any team running more than a handful of Telegram identities at once.

Deal context as structured fields

Custom columns in text, number, date, multiselect and checkbox. Amount, counterparty, status and settlement date sit beside the live chat instead of in someone's head.

Internal comments and a full activity log

Desk-only notes stay invisible to the counterparty. Every field and status change is recorded with an actor and a timestamp, so handovers and reviews have something to read.

Privacy controls against internal leakage

Hide usernames, hide group member information, and block message editing or deletion. Built for desks where the contact book is the asset.

FAQ

Crypto & Trading questions

Does Entergram use Telegram bots?

No. Entergram runs on real personal Telegram accounts, each routed through its own unique proxy. Your counterparty sees the same account they already talk to, not a bot.

How many accounts can one desk connect?

Every plan includes 5 Telegram accounts per seat, each with its own proxy and dedicated IP. Extra accounts are EUR 5 per month in the same seat, and a workspace can hold many seats, so desks routinely run well past 100 accounts in a single inbox.

Can a trader keep an account private to themselves?

Yes. Sharing is a per-account choice. An account can be shared with the workspace or kept private to the one user who connected it, which is how most desks separate personal relationship accounts from shared desk accounts.

What stops a departing trader from taking the contact book?

The privacy controls. A workspace can hide usernames, hide group member information, and prevent users from editing or deleting messages. Combined with the Slack integration keeping its own durable record, a deleted Telegram message does not erase what the business already has.
