Can we reply to Telegram from Slack?

No. The Slack integration is a one-way audit log. Each seat connects its own Slack over OAuth and picks one public or private channel, and Entergram relays every Telegram chat that seat can access into it. Replies go out from Entergram, through the real personal account that owns the conversation, not from a bot.

Does Slack replace the Telegram inbox?

No. Slack is an internal record surface. Each seat relays into the one channel it picked, and the inbox remains the place the desk works from.

What happens if someone deletes a message?

The workspace can prevent users from deleting or editing messages outright, so your own team cannot remove anything. The Slack channel also holds a copy outside Telegram. What happens to that copy after a Telegram-side deletion is not confirmed yet, so test it before you rely on it.

Do customers see a bot?

No. Every reply goes out from a real personal Telegram account. Customers keep talking to the account they already know.
