Turn Telegram into a support desk with a record
One shared account the customer recognizes, a ticket queue behind it, and a Slack-side copy of everything that came through.
Support on Telegram usually means one overloaded account and no queue. Entergram adds the desk mechanics (ownership, SLA tickets, response-time analytics) while the customer keeps talking to the same account as always.

Customer Support Teams
Support on Telegram usually means one overloaded account and no queue. Two agents answer the same customer, or nobody does, and there is no way to tell whether the desk is keeping up.

For SaaS selling into markets where Telegram is the default, the customer conversation lives outside every system you own. The account record says one thing and the chat says another.

Consultancies, legal and accounting firms increasingly take client instructions over Telegram. The convenience is real and so is the exposure: an instruction that matters is a message anyone can delete.

What these teams have in common
Service teams reply from a single Telegram account that several people share. Without structure that becomes a race: two agents answer the same customer, or nobody does because each assumed the other had it.
Entergram adds ownership and a queue on top of the shared account. Tickets carry an SLA, a Kanban view shows what is moving, and response-time analytics tell you whether the desk is actually keeping up.
The two-way Slack connector is the piece service teams care about most. Telegram conversations flow into Slack, a reply written in Slack goes back out through the real personal account that owns the conversation, and Slack keeps its own record of what arrived even if the message is later deleted on the Telegram side.
Capabilities
The foundation every one of them runs on
Shared account with real ownership
A team shares one Telegram account, and the CRM layer above it assigns who owns which conversation, so two agents never answer the same customer.
Tickets with SLA and a Kanban view
Time-bound work becomes an owned queue rather than a scroll through unread chats. Ticket custom fields capture category, issue type and resolution.
Two-way Slack, with a durable record
Replies sent from Slack go out from the real Telegram account that owns the conversation. Slack retains what it received, so a message deleted in Telegram does not erase the business record.
Response-time and volume analytics
Messages sent and received, response times, and busiest hours and days, so coverage can be planned against real demand instead of guesswork.
FAQ
Support & Services questions
Can we reply to Telegram from Slack?
Yes. The Slack app is a native two-way connector installed from the Slack marketplace after a workspace admin approves it. A reply written in Slack is sent back out through Telegram from the real personal account that owns the conversation, not from a bot.
Does Slack replace the Telegram inbox?
No. Slack is an internal collaboration and record surface. Each connected Telegram account maps to the Slack channel that should own it, but the inbox remains the place the desk works from.
What happens if someone deletes a message?
Slack keeps what it already received, so the record survives. The workspace can also prevent users from deleting or editing messages outright, which most service teams turn on.
Do customers see a bot?
No. Every reply goes out from a real personal Telegram account. Customers keep talking to the account they already know.
