Sales, demos and pricing
Book a call to see Entergram running on multiple personal Telegram accounts, or read the public pricing first. Self-hosting sits on the Enterprise plan, which is arranged by contacting us.
Product support
Inside the app, open Help & Support, then Contact Support on Telegram. When an error appears, use its Copy or Forward to support action: it attaches the technical details, which makes diagnosis much faster.
Security and data rights
Questions about how sessions are encrypted and proxied, or requests to exercise a data right, go to hello@entergram.com. If you think an account or key is compromised, revoke first: API keys, OAuth grants, the member, the affected Telegram account. Then contact support on Telegram.
Integration requests
Slack, Notion and Make.com are live, and HubSpot is the next integration in progress. If you need a different tool connected, tell us on Telegram or by email. Entergram builds the integrations users ask for, and lists only the ones that are live.
