Telegram CRM for Events & Conferences

Run the event's Telegram without losing the follow-up

Attendee groups, speaker threads and sponsor conversations in one inbox, with schedule broadcasts during the event and a contact record that outlives it.

Events run on Telegram groups that go quiet the day after. The problem is not the event week, it is that every relationship built during it disappears into personal DMs afterwards.

Free 3-day Pro trial. 5 Telegram accounts per seat with proxy and dedicated IP, on every plan.

100+ attendee, speaker and sponsor chats in one view

The operating loop

How Events & Conferences run marketing, sales and service on Telegram

Get attendees, speakers and sponsors into one tracked workspace.

Import the attendee list

Ticketing exports arrive with their columns intact as filterable CRM fields and merge tags.

Attendee groups in the inbox

Event groups and channels read alongside speaker and sponsor DMs.

Resolve by username or phone

Reach a registered attendee through the connected account before the event starts.

Tag by ticket type and track

Shared tags separate VIPs, speakers, sponsors and general attendees for targeted sends.

01

The challenge

An event generates hundreds of valuable relationships in a week and loses almost all of them. Attendee groups are run from one organizer's account, sponsor promises are made verbally in DMs, and volunteers brought in for the week have full access to the attendee list. The day after, everything is in personal chats nobody else can see, and the next edition starts from scratch.

02

How Entergram helps

Entergram makes the event's Telegram footprint a workspace asset rather than an organizer's personal one. The attendee list imports with its columns as fields, so a send can target one track or ticket type. Sponsor commitments and on-site problems become tickets with owners. Privacy controls limit what volunteers can take. After the event, the contacts, fields and history stay in the workspace, which is what makes the next edition easier rather than identical.

  • Attendee, speaker and sponsor conversations in one inbox
  • Imported ticketing columns as filterable fields and merge tags
  • Schedule and logistics broadcasts from a real account
  • Sponsor commitments and on-site problems as owned tickets
  • Contacts and history that stay with the organization afterwards
  • Privacy controls limiting what temporary volunteers can take

Capabilities

What Events & Conferences actually use

Contact list import

Imported columns become custom CRM fields, usable as filters and as merge tags in broadcasts.

Broadcasts from real accounts

Server-side proxied jobs, personalized per recipient, spread across connected accounts with conservative pacing.

Tickets with SLA

Sponsor deliverables and on-site issues become owned work with a deadline and a resolution field.

Privacy controls

Hide usernames, hide group member information, prevent message editing and deletion.

Groups and DMs together

Event groups and channels carry the same fields, tags and comments as direct conversations.

Setup

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect the event accounts

Organizer, speaker liaison and sponsor accounts in one workspace, each on its own proxy.

  2. 02

    Import the attendee list

Ticket type, track and company arrive as CRM fields you can filter and merge on.

  3. 03

Set privacy controls before volunteers arrive

Hide usernames and member information so temporary access is not permanent exposure.

  4. 04

    Broadcast during the event

Session changes and logistics sent to one track or ticket type from a real account.

  5. 05

    Follow up after

Filter by segment and send a personalized follow-up, with replies landing on each contact's record.

Integrations

Keep the rest of your stack in sync

Telegram stays the place the conversation happens, while the systems your team already uses stay up to date.

  • Your ticketing platform through Make or n8n: import registrations and keep ticket type in sync as a chat field.
  • Google Sheets: export the sponsor commitment list and its ticket status for the post-event report.
  • Entergram MCP: summarize every sponsor thread and list the commitments still open after the event.

FAQ

Questions from Events & Conferences

Can we message attendees who registered but never wrote to us?

Yes, if the registration gave you a username or phone number. Entergram resolves it through the connected account. It does not harvest members from groups.

Can we send only to one track or ticket type?

Yes. Imported columns become filterable fields, so a broadcast targets exactly one segment, personalized per recipient.

What stops volunteers keeping the attendee list?

Workspace privacy controls can hide usernames and group member information and prevent message deletion, so temporary access does not mean a permanent copy.

Do the contacts stay with us after the event?

Yes, provided the accounts are shared with the workspace. Fields, comments and history live at workspace level rather than in one organizer's personal DMs.

Can announcements be localized for an international audience?

Through the MCP, an approved assistant can read a chat, detect the attendee's language and localize the message before sending.
