Telegram CRM for Token Communities & DAOs
Moderate a token community without losing the record
Holder groups, contributor DMs and governance threads in one inbox, with the privacy controls that keep a rotating contributor set from walking off with the member list.
Token communities run on rotating contributors and permanent groups. The groups outlast everyone who moderates them, so the operating record has to live somewhere other than the current moderator's head.

The operating loop
How Token Communities & DAOs run marketing, sales and service on Telegram
See every holder group and contributor thread at once.
All moderator accounts in one table
Filter to the groups on your shift and leave the rest out of view instead of switching sessions.
Governance threads as tracked chats
Proposal discussions carry fields and owners so a decision has a visible trail.
Find related communities
Live search surfaces groups and channels outside the workspace, flagged for whether an account already belongs.
Contributor DMs in the same queue
The people doing the work sit in the same inbox as the groups they look after.
Give moderation and governance a structure that survives turnover.
Fields for status and owner
Custom columns record who owns a group, what state a proposal is in and what the next step is.
Tickets for escalations
A problem member or a security report becomes an SLA ticket with an owner rather than a message in a busy group.
Internal comments for handover
The next contributor reads the history of an issue instead of reconstructing it from scrollback.
Slash-command templates
Standard moderation replies and governance notices sent consistently from the real account.
Protect the community and its data as contributors rotate.
Hide usernames and member data
Inbox access stops being equivalent to a copy of the holder list.
Block edits and deletions
The record cannot be quietly rewritten, which matters when moderation decisions are contested.
Slack as a durable second copy
What Slack received stays in Slack even if the Telegram message is deleted afterwards.
Announcements from real accounts
Broadcast governance updates to a segment, personalized per recipient, from an account the community knows.
01
The challenge
Contributors rotate constantly while the groups stay. Every rotation loses context: who warned which member, what was decided on a proposal, which partner thread is still open. Worse, a moderator with full inbox access is one export away from the entire holder list, and nothing in stock Telegram prevents it.
02
How Entergram helps
Entergram keeps the operating record at the workspace level rather than with whoever is moderating today. Custom fields and internal comments hold ownership, state and history on each group and thread. Tickets turn escalations into owned work with a deadline. The four workspace privacy controls (hide usernames, hide group member information, prevent editing, prevent deletion) are the part that matters most here, because they let a project grant inbox access without granting the member list.
- Every holder group and contributor DM in one filterable inbox
- Ownership, state and next step recorded at workspace level, not per person
- Escalations as SLA tickets with an owner and a deadline
- Hide usernames and group member information from inbox users
- Prevent message editing and deletion so the record holds
- Slack keeps a durable second copy of what came through
Capabilities
What Token Communities & DAOs actually use
Workspace privacy controls
Hide usernames, hide group member information, prevent users from editing messages, prevent users from deleting messages. Built specifically to protect CRM data from rogue insiders.
Multi-account inbox with filters
No switching between accounts. Filter to the groups on your shift, by account, tag or custom field.
Tickets and internal comments
Escalations become owned work with an SLA. Comments carry the history of an issue across contributor turnover.
Two-way Slack with a durable record
Conversations flow into Slack and replies go back out through the real Telegram account. What Slack received survives a Telegram-side deletion.
MCP across every account
An approved assistant can triage the queue, summarize governance threads and populate fields across every account on the seat.
Setup
How it works
- 01
Connect the moderator accounts
Each contributor connects the accounts they moderate from, each on its own proxy and dedicated IP.
- 02
Turn on privacy controls first
Hide usernames and member information and block editing and deletion before granting broad inbox access.
- 03
Record ownership on every group
Custom columns for owner, state and next step, so a rotation does not reset the knowledge.
- 04
Route escalations into tickets
Security reports and member issues get an owner, an SLA and a resolution field.
- 05
Announce from real accounts
Governance updates broadcast to a filtered segment, personalized per recipient, with replies landing back in the inbox.
Integrations
Keep the rest of your stack in sync
Telegram stays the place the conversation happens, while the systems your team already uses stay up to date.
- Slack, two-way: map each community account to its own Slack channel and keep a second, separate copy of the conversation record.
- Entergram MCP: summarize open governance threads and flag groups with no moderator activity this week.
- Make or n8n: mirror ticket status into whatever public tracker the community already reads.
FAQ
Questions from Token Communities & DAOs
Can we give moderators inbox access without exposing the member list?
Yes. That is exactly what the privacy controls are for. Hide usernames and hide group member information at the workspace level, and inbox access no longer implies access to the community list.
What stops a moderator deleting their own messages?
The workspace can prevent users from deleting messages and from editing them. Pairing that with the Slack connector gives a second copy that a Telegram-side deletion cannot reach.
Is there a limit on how many groups we can cover?
No group cap. The practical limit is connected accounts: 5 per seat on every plan, extra accounts at EUR 5 per month, and many seats per workspace.
How is this different from the Web3 Projects page?
Web3 Projects covers the whole project footprint including partnerships and investor relations. This page focuses on the community and governance side, where contributor turnover and member-data protection are the dominant problems.
Does Entergram moderate automatically?
Entergram is an operating layer, not an auto-moderation bot. It gives moderators one inbox, structured records, tickets and privacy controls, and it exposes an MCP so an approved AI assistant can help triage.
