Does search let us into private groups?
No. Live Telegram search matches a name or username, not message content, and it does not grant access to private groups the account was never admitted to. It is rate limited to protect the connected accounts.
Can we stop moderators seeing member usernames?
Yes. The workspace can hide usernames and hide group member information, which is the main control community teams use to protect the membership list.
How many groups can one workspace cover?
There is no group cap. The practical limit is accounts, and with 5 per seat on every plan plus extra accounts at EUR 5 per month, workspaces commonly run over 100 accounts across their groups and channels.
Can an AI assistant help triage the queue?
