Sales & Growth

A sales pipeline that lives inside the chat

Every rep keeps their own personal Telegram account. The workspace shares the layer above it: stages, custom fields, reminders and a team performance board.

This cluster is for sales teams, growth and outbound teams, marketing agencies, B2B networkers and recruiters who start and close relationships in Telegram DMs. A normal CRM is a second system nobody updates, so Entergram makes the inbox itself the pipeline, and the record becomes a by-product of the conversation rather than admin work after it.

Use cases

Sales & Growth teams on Entergram

Sales Teams

When deals close in Telegram DMs, a separate CRM is a second system nobody updates. Entergram makes the inbox itself the pipeline, so the record is a by-product of the conversation instead of admin after it.

Growth & Outbound Teams

Telegram outbound fails for two reasons: it comes from a bot nobody trusts, or it comes from one account that burns out. Entergram fixes both by sending from real personal accounts, spread across several identities with Telegram-aware pacing.

Marketing Agencies

An agency running client Telegram accounts has a visibility problem and a continuity problem. Nobody can see who is handling which client, and when someone leaves, their context goes with them.

B2B Networking

In B2B, the relationship graph is the asset, and in many markets it sits entirely in Telegram. The risk is that it sits in one person's personal DMs where the company cannot see it and cannot keep it.

Recruitment & Staffing

In markets where candidates live on Telegram, the ATS is always a step behind the conversation. Entergram puts the pipeline stage on the chat, so the record updates as the recruiter works rather than after.

iGaming Affiliates & Operators

Your affiliate managers each run three or four Telegram accounts, and the terms agreed with every partner live in their DMs. When one of them leaves, the partners usually follow. Entergram puts the record on the conversation (deal model, GEO, traffic source, owner, next step) so the program is something the company can see and keep.

Why this cluster

What these teams have in common

Six kinds of team share this cluster: sales teams closing deals in DMs, growth and outbound teams starting conversations at volume, marketing agencies running client accounts, B2B teams whose partner network lives in Telegram, recruiters working a candidate pipeline, and iGaming affiliate teams recruiting partners and looking after VIP players. Each hits the same wall twice. Managers cannot see a pipeline that sits in personal DMs, and the people doing the work will not maintain a separate CRM while the conversation is open in front of them.

Entergram resolves both by keeping each person on their own real personal account and sharing only the CRM layer above it: stages, custom fields, tags, internal comments and reminders that arrive in the person's own Telegram. Sharing is a per-account choice, so business accounts open to the workspace while genuinely personal ones stay private. Managers get a filterable view across every connected account and a per-member performance board without reading individual DMs.

Outbound runs on the same foundation. Import a contact list and its columns become custom fields, usable as filters and merge tags. Entergram resolves each contact by username through live Telegram search, or by phone number when no username exists, spreads the send across several connected accounts on their own proxies with Telegram-aware pacing, and routes replies into the shared inbox against the CRM record. You supply the list. Entergram does not harvest group members and does not sell contact data.

Where they differ is which part of the funnel carries the weight. Sales teams lean on stages and reminders so deals do not go quiet. Growth teams lean on list import, contact resolution and paced sends across several identities. Marketing agencies need client separation: each account manager connects the client accounts they handle, client tags and campaign fields sit on the chats, and CSV export turns a month of activity into a client report. B2B networking teams record company, owner, stage and last touch, so a change of owner is a handover rather than a reset. Recruiters put stage, role, client, rate and availability on the chat, so a filter shows every candidate mid-screen.

The risk all six share is the book walking out of the door with a person. The four workspace privacy controls (hide usernames, hide group member information, prevent message editing, prevent message deletion) mean inbox access is not a copy of the contact list, and the CRM layer stays when the rep does. It is one Telegram CRM workspace across the whole cluster; the use case only decides which fields you create.

Capabilities

The foundation every one of them runs on

Pipeline stages on real conversations

Lead management is the specialism. Stages, custom fields and chat context attach to the Telegram conversation itself, not to a duplicate record someone has to keep in sync.

Broadcasts from personal accounts

Send the same message to many chats at once, personalized per recipient, from real accounts rather than a bot. Imported list columns become merge tags and filters.

Username and phone-number resolution

Resolve a contact by username through live Telegram search, including people who have never messaged the workspace, or by phone number when no username exists.

Reminders and follow-up that reach the rep

Reminders are delivered to the rep's own Telegram, so the nudge arrives in the app they already have open instead of an email they will not read.

FAQ

Sales & Growth questions

Do reps have to give up their personal Telegram account?

No. That is the point of the model. Each person connects their own personal account inside the company workspace, and chooses per account whether to share it with the workspace or keep it private.

Can a manager see the pipeline without reading every DM?

Yes. Shared CRM fields, stages and tags are visible at the workspace level, and the Pro analytics page shows a per-member board with response time, message volume and unread counts. Accounts a person keeps private stay private, because sharing is decided per account.

Is this a bulk-messaging or scraping tool?

No. Entergram does not harvest members from groups an account has not joined and does not sell contact data. You supply the list, and Entergram resolves it against Telegram.

Does Entergram replace our main CRM or ATS?

For teams that sell entirely in Telegram, usually yes. Teams with an existing system of record, including recruiters with an ATS, usually sync stage changes through the API or Make.com so people update one place, not two. Either way, broadcast replies land in the shared inbox against the contact's record, so a campaign turns into tracked conversations rather than a dead-end send.
