Create or join a workspace

Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.

A workspace is a shared team space with seats, roles, and shared data. Your chats, custom columns, and templates live under either your personal account or a workspace — not both — and you can be in one workspace at a time.

Create one during onboarding (the Organization step) or later from Settings → Create workspace. You become its Owner (permanent unless transferred), and can then set its name and logo and buy seats.

Creating a workspace requires an eligible paid subscription — trial-only users are told they can’t create one yet. Next: buy seats and invite your team.

Open the invite link your admin sent you. The page previews the workspace (name, logo, owner, member count) before you commit:

  • Not signed in? Click Sign In to Join — Entergram saves the invite, sends you to sign in, then returns you to accept.
  • Signed in? Click Join Workspace.

You can also paste an invite link during the Organization step of onboarding. Invite links expire after 7 days.

  • Already in a workspace — if you own your current one, Entergram offers Delete and Join (destructive; your personal chats and columns are not carried over). If you’re just a member, leave your current workspace first.
  • Email mismatch — the invite was scoped to a different address; sign in with that exact email or ask for a new link.
  • No seats available — the workspace is at capacity; ask the owner to buy or free a seat.
  • Expired / revoked / already used — ask the owner for a fresh link.
