Members, seats & roles

Workspaces are seat-based: one free Owner slot plus any number of purchased seats, each filled by a member. Manage everything from Settings → Workspace.

The workspace Seats & Members table showing seats, roles, and connected Telegram accounts

  • Owner (one, the creator) — everything, including billing, ownership transfer, and connecting Telegram accounts for others. Permanent unless transferred.
  • Admin — manage and remove members, send invites, manage columns and tickets. Cannot touch billing or become owner.
  • Member — uses the workspace; no management.

In the Seats & Members table, click Invite on an available seat. Two invite types:

  • Email invite — tied to one address; only that address can accept.
  • URL invite — a shareable link anyone can use.

An invite can reserve a specific seat. Links expire after 7 days; you can copy or revoke a pending invite. No open seat? Buy one in Seats first. Full joining flow: Create or join a workspace.

Open the ⋯ menu on a member row:

  • Promote to Admin / demote, and Transfer ownership (owner only).
  • Per-member permissions — Allow Edit Columns, View Group Members Info, View Group Management Info.
  • Manage add-ons — adjust that member’s extra Telegram accounts.
  • Remove — take the member off the seat (frees it). Their connected account is then frozen; their data stays with them.

Owners and admins can also connect a Telegram account on a member’s behalf — see Connect a Telegram account.

  • Basic seat €29/mo, Pro seat €39/mo (Pro adds analytics and API access).
  • Extra Telegram accounts — +€5/month each, per seat or in bulk.
  • Seat states: Active (ready to invite), Filled, Pending (invited), Past Due (still inviteable), Canceling, Expired (renew prompt).
  • Buy Seat, Renew, cancel, and reactivate per seat. A reserved seat is billed from when the owner buys it, not when someone joins; if a member leaves, the seat stays billed until the owner stops renewing it and a new person can take it.

Billing summaries and the Stripe portal live in Plans & billing.

A non-owner can request to leave (with an optional reason); owners and admins approve or deny, and the member can withdraw the request before it’s approved.
