Telegram Analytics
Telegram analytics for response time, message volume and team performance
Your team may answer hundreds of Telegram messages a day, but Telegram does not show where replies slow down. Entergram shows response time, reply rate, message volume and busy hours across the accounts your team uses.
Dedicated reports
Four questions the dashboard answers
Choose a date range and compare activity by account or workspace seat. Use the dashboard to find slow replies, busy periods and uneven workloads before opening a report for more detail.
01 · Response time analytics
Response rate · Average response time
A response counts when it arrives within one hour of a trigger. Average first reply includes counted responses only; unanswered triggers lower response coverage but do not increase the average time.
Every incoming private message is a trigger; in groups, only @mentions and replies to your messages trigger the response clock. A response counts when it arrives within one hour of a trigger. Average first reply includes counted responses only; unanswered triggers lower response coverage but do not increase the average time.
- Response rate: The percentage of conversations that got a reply - e.g. 774 of 1,062 - so you can see coverage at a glance and catch conversations that slipped through.
- Average response time: Your mean time to first response across the selected accounts, shown alongside the conversation count it's averaged over.
- What it measures: Every incoming private message is a trigger; in groups, only @mentions and replies to your messages trigger the response clock.
02 · Activity heatmap
Activity Heatmap
A 7×24 weekday-by-hour grid that shows exactly when your audience is online.
Each cell of the grid represents one hour of one weekday, shaded from light to dark by how many messages happened in it. Darker cells are your peaks; pale cells are dead air. Toggle between All, Incoming and Outgoing to compare when your audience reaches out versus when your team replies, and click any cell to read the exact count and its share of your peak hour.
- 7 × 24 grid: Seven rows (Sun–Sat) by twenty-four columns (0–23h). Every message lands in exactly one cell, so the shape of your week is literal, not estimated.
- Incoming vs outgoing toggle: Switch the heatmap to incoming-only to see when customers message you, or outgoing-only to see when your team is actually active.
- Click-through detail: Click a cell to reveal the precise count for that hour and how it compares to your single busiest hour.
03 · Message volume analytics
Message Volume
Incoming vs outgoing message trends, totals and your sent share over any range.
The volume chart layers incoming and outgoing messages on the same timeline, so the gap between what you receive and what you send is obvious. Above it sit the headline numbers - total messages, total outgoing and your sent share - that quantify the balance. When incoming climbs while outgoing stays flat, you're falling behind; when the two move together, your team is keeping pace.
- Total messages: Every message in the selected period across the accounts you've chosen - the top-line number that frames everything else.
- Outgoing count: How many of those messages your team sent, so you can separate effort from inbound demand.
- Sent share: Outgoing as a percentage of total - a quick read on whether you're driving conversations or mostly reacting.
04 · Media & content analytics
Media & Content
Files, reactions, deleted messages and the text / image / video content-type mix.
The report ranks your content types by share - text, image, video, file, sticker and more - so you can see at a glance whether your conversations lean visual or textual. Alongside the mix sit three counters that matter operationally: files transferred (split by direction), reactions given and received, and deleted messages. Together they describe not just how much you communicate, but how.
- Content-type breakdown: Text, image, video, file, sticker and more, each shown with its share of total messages so the dominant format is obvious - e.g. text at 95.5%, image at 3.7%.
- File transfers: How many files moved, split into received and sent, so you can see whether your team is mostly receiving documents or sending them.
- Reactions: Reactions received versus given - a fast read on lightweight engagement that never shows up in a plain message count.
05 · Chat analytics
Chat Analytics
Active chats split by private, group and channel, plus your top chats by volume.
The report opens with the number of active chats - conversations with any activity in the period - then splits them into private chats, groups and channels so you can see the shape of your inbox. Beneath that sits a ranking of your top chats by message volume, each with a sent-versus-received bar, so the conversations that demand the most attention are impossible to overlook.
- Active chats: The number of conversations with any activity in the period - the denominator behind every other chat figure.
- Private / group / channel split: Active chats broken down by type with shares - e.g. private 58%, channels 28%, groups 14% - so the makeup of your inbox is clear.
- Top chats ranking: Up to 20 chats ordered by message volume, so your highest-demand conversations rise to the top automatically.
