Several people, one account
A support team answering from one account cannot all be logged in on their phones. Entergram shares that account with the workspace, so the team works one inbox and nobody holds the only session.
Comparison
Telegram Business turns your own account into a storefront: opening hours, greeting and away messages, quick replies, chat links and a connected bot, free with Premium. It is built for one account. Entergram is for the point where several people and several accounts share the work: 100+ personal accounts in one inbox, with analytics, tickets, privacy controls and MCP.
Quick verdict
These are not rivals. Telegram Business makes a single account look and answer like a business, and if one person answers from one account, it may be all you need. Entergram starts where Telegram Business stops: when the account is shared by a support team, when each rep holds their own account, or when someone needs to measure, protect and automate across all of them.

| Telegram Business | Entergram | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Business tools built into a Telegram account | A CRM and shared inbox, layer 2 on top of Telegram |
| Accounts | Configured per account. Official apps hold 3 accounts, a fourth with Premium | 100+ personal accounts in one inbox, filtered by account instead of switched |
| Business profile | Opening hours, location on a map, and a start page in empty chats | Not offered. Keep these in Telegram |
| Greeting and away messages | Yes: greeting for first-time contacts, away messages when closed or on vacation | Not offered. Keep these in Telegram |

| Chat links | Links that open a chat with a prefilled message and count taps | Not offered |
| Chat labels | Coloured tags based on chat folders | Custom CRM fields and a pipeline on every chat, usable as filters |

| Privacy controls for staff | Not part of Telegram Business | Hide usernames, hide group member information, block message editing and deletion |

| Price | Included with Telegram Premium | Basic €29, Pro €39 per seat per month, 5 accounts per seat |
A support team answering from one account cannot all be logged in on their phones. Entergram shares that account with the workspace, so the team works one inbox and nobody holds the only session.
The official apps hold three accounts, four with Premium. A sales team with a dozen reps has a dozen accounts. Entergram puts 100+ in one inbox and you filter by account instead of switching to it.
Telegram Business is built to look good to customers. Entergram adds controls pointed inward: hide usernames, hide group member information, and stop staff editing or deleting messages.
Response times, messages sent and received, and the busiest hours and days, per account, with the raw data downloadable. Telegram Business has no reporting, because it was never meant to.
The core difference
Telegram Business answers "how should my account look and respond to customers?" Entergram answers "how does a team work many accounts without losing track, or losing data?" Most teams that need the second still want the first.
Telegram launched Business in March 2024 and the feature set is practical. You set opening hours and a location, and customers see when you are open. A start page greets people in an empty chat. Greeting messages go to first-time contacts and can be re-sent after a period you choose. Away messages cover nights and holidays, and you can exclude specific chats. Quick replies hold whole sets of messages with media and files, opened by typing "/" in a private chat.
Chat links open a conversation with a prefilled message and show how many times each was tapped, which makes them good for websites and QR codes. Tags colour your chats by folder. And you can connect a bot that answers on your behalf, choosing which chats it may touch. Telegram says all Business features are free for Premium subscribers, and its API documentation says connected bots are available to non-Premium users too.
For a solo consultant, a shop owner or a founder who answers every message personally, that is a complete toolkit, and it costs nothing beyond Premium.
Everything in Telegram Business is configured on one account and works for whoever is logged into it. There is no concept of a teammate, of who answered what, or of which person may see what. The moment two people share an account, or ten reps each hold their own, those questions decide whether the operation works.
The connected bot does not change that. It is still one account, and Telegram limits it to private chats with an incoming message in the last 24 hours. It cannot start a conversation and it does not work in groups. It is good for a first answer, not for running a team.
Entergram connects real personal accounts, each through its own unique proxy, and puts 100+ of them in one inbox. Per account you choose: share it with the workspace (support teams answering from one account) or keep it private to one person (sales and BD, where each rep owns their own).
On top: custom fields and a pipeline on every chat, a ticket board, analytics on response times and busiest hours with downloadable raw data, four privacy controls (hide usernames, hide group member information, block editing, block deletion), personalized broadcasts to a list you supply, and an MCP server that lets an AI client work across every account on your seat.
Telegram Business settings belong to the account and are managed in Telegram's apps, not in Entergram. Entergram has no greeting, away or quick-reply automation of its own, so if you rely on those, keep configuring them in Telegram.
Cost
Telegram Business costs nothing beyond Telegram Premium. Entergram is a separate per-seat subscription, and it only earns that price once more than one person or account is involved.
| Telegram Business | Entergram | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | Telegram Premium, which includes all Business features | Seats: Basic €29 or Pro €39 per seat per month |
| Accounts | Each account configured separately | 5 accounts per seat, +€5/month per extra |
| Connected bot | Available without Premium | Not applicable, no bot |
| Analytics, tickets, MCP | Not included | Pro plan |
| Free trial | Not applicable | 3 days, no credit card |
