Telegram CRM for Affiliate & Partner Teams
Your tracking platform has the numbers. Your partners are in Telegram
Affiliate managers run partner relationships from personal Telegram accounts, not from a dashboard. Entergram puts 100+ of those accounts in one inbox and keeps deal model, GEO, traffic source and stage as fields on the conversation itself.
Open your affiliate platform and you can see exactly what every partner sent you last month. Open Telegram and you find the part that actually decides next month: the renegotiation at 11pm, the creative request nobody logged, the partner who went quiet three weeks ago. Entergram manages that second half on the real accounts your managers already use. It is not affiliate tracking software and it does not try to be: it does not issue links, attribute clicks or pay anyone.

The operating loop
How Affiliate & Partner Teams run marketing, sales and service on Telegram
Reach partners on the channel they answer, and keep every recruiting conversation in one place.
One inbox across every manager's accounts
Each affiliate manager keeps their own personal accounts. You work all of them from one table, filtered by manager, brand or GEO, rather than logging in and out of each one.
Outreach from a real account, not a bot
A bot cannot message a partner who has never written to it. A personal account can. Import a prospect list and Entergram resolves each person by username, or by phone number when there is no username, then sends from a real account with Telegram-aware pacing spread across several accounts.
Your existing partner list becomes CRM fields
Upload the spreadsheet you already keep. Its columns (deal model, GEO, vertical, traffic source, platform ID) become custom fields you can filter on and use as merge tags in a send.
Live search for partner communities
Find affiliate groups, media-buying communities and publisher channels outside the workspace by name or username. It matches names, not message content, and it does not open private groups your account was never admitted to.
Keep the terms, the stage and the open question attached to the chat where they were agreed.
Deal terms as fields on the conversation
Deal model (CPA, RevShare, hybrid), rate, GEO, cap, vertical and onboarding stage as custom columns on the chat. Filter to every RevShare partner in one GEO who is still waiting on a creative.
One owner per partner, visible
Every chat has an Assignee from a dropdown of teammates. When two managers both think they are talking to the same affiliate network, the inbox shows it.
Onboarding as tickets with deadlines
Tracking link issued, postback tested, creatives sent, first traffic received: each one a ticket with an owner, a status on a Kanban board and the chat it came from linked to it.
Internal comments the partner never sees
Notes on the chat recording what rate was floated and what was refused, so the next conversation does not restart the negotiation from zero.
Make the partner book an asset the company owns rather than a contact list on one manager's phone.
Response times per account
Messages sent and received, response times, and busiest hours and days for every account. A partner waiting two days for an answer about a rate shows up as a number, and the raw data downloads for review.
Personalized broadcasts to a filtered segment
Send a new offer, a rate change or a payment-date notice to every partner matching a filter, personalized per recipient from your own fields, from real accounts. Replies land back in the inbox against the right record.
Privacy controls pointed inward
Hide usernames and group member information, and block message editing and deletion. Access to the partner inbox stops being a portable copy of your partner list.
Slack as an audit log
Every chat a seat can access is relayed one way into a Slack channel you choose, so a rate a manager promised does not live only inside Telegram.
01
The challenge
Affiliate software split into two halves and only one of them got built. Tracking platforms do attribution, commission and payouts well, and nearly every partner conversation happens somewhere they cannot see. For most programs that somewhere is Telegram: a manager with four or five personal accounts, a few hundred partner DMs, group chats per network, and rate negotiations that exist as scrollback. The platform reports that a partner's volume dropped 60%. The reason was discussed in a DM two weeks earlier. When a manager leaves, the dashboard stays and the relationships walk out with the phone.
02
How Entergram helps
Entergram sits on top of the personal Telegram accounts your affiliate team already uses, never on a bot, so partners notice no change. Every manager's accounts land in one filterable inbox, each on its own proxy. Deal model, rate, GEO, cap and onboarding stage become fields on the chat, so the terms live next to the conversation that set them. Onboarding steps become tickets with owners and deadlines. Per-account response times show which partners are waiting, broadcasts reach a filtered segment from real accounts, and four inward privacy controls mean inbox access is not the same thing as owning the partner list. Your tracking platform keeps doing attribution and payouts. This is the layer next to it.
- Every affiliate manager's Telegram accounts in one inbox, filtered by manager, brand or GEO
- Deal model, rate, GEO, cap and stage as fields on the chat where they were agreed
- Partner onboarding as tickets with an owner and a deadline, linked to the conversation
- Response times per account, so a partner waiting on a rate shows up before they stop sending traffic
- Offers and rate changes as personalized broadcasts from real accounts, with replies landing back in the inbox
- A partner book that stays with the company when a manager leaves
The argument
Supporting Telegram and being built on Telegram are different products
Every affiliate platform now lists a Telegram integration, and almost all of them mean a bot that posts alerts into a channel. That is a notification pipe. It is not where the partner relationship lives, and the difference shows up the first time one manager runs five accounts.
A notification bot is one-directional
Alerts into a channel are useful. They are also the easiest part. The hard part is the two hundred DMs where rates get agreed, and a bot cannot open one of those with a partner who has not written to it first.
The account is the unit, not the seat
One affiliate manager may run five accounts across brands and GEOs. A tool that makes them switch accounts has moved the problem into a browser tab. The test is whether you can filter by account instead of logging into it.
Running many accounts is an operations problem
A unique proxy per account, pacing on a broadcast, and spreading a send across accounts are the unglamorous parts that decide whether the operation is still intact in month three. A dropdown labelled multi-account support is not an answer to any of them.
The limits are part of the claim
Live search matches names and usernames, not message content. It is rate limited and it does not get you into private groups the account was never admitted to. Entergram holds no conversion data at all. A page that states its boundaries is the one worth checking against.
Capabilities
What Affiliate & Partner Teams actually use
What this is not
Entergram is not affiliate tracking software. It does not generate tracking links, attribute clicks or conversions, calculate commission, handle postbacks or pay partners. Keep the platform you use for that. This manages the conversations that platform never sees.
Multi-account inbox
Every partner-facing account in one filterable table, 100+ supported in a single view. Narrow to one manager, one GEO or one deal model without switching accounts.
Deal fields and an affiliate CRM layer
Custom columns on every chat hold the commercial terms, and filters turn them into views: every CPA partner above a rate, every onboarding stuck past a date. The fields are yours to define, not a fixed schema.
Tickets, owners and a Kanban board
Onboarding and partner requests become tickets with an assignee, a deadline and a linked chat, so a creative request does not survive only as an unread message.
Broadcasts from real accounts
A rate change or a new offer goes to a filtered segment, personalized per recipient with your own fields as merge tags, spread across several accounts with Telegram-aware pacing. Replies arrive in the inbox against the partner record.
MCP across every account
Connect an AI assistant to every Telegram account on the seat with one OAuth connection and no session string per account. It can fill deal fields from the conversation, draft partner follow-ups, or compute who has not replied in 30 days from the raw message events.
Privacy controls
Hide usernames, hide group member information, prevent message editing and prevent message deletion. Built for the case where the risk is a person on your own team rather than an outside attacker.
Setup
How it works
- 01
Connect the team's accounts
Each affiliate manager connects their own personal accounts. Decide per account whether it is shared with the workspace or private to one person. Five accounts per seat are included on every plan, each on its own proxy.
- 02
Build the deal fields
Custom columns for deal model, rate, GEO, cap, vertical, traffic source and your tracking platform's partner ID. Import your existing partner spreadsheet so its columns arrive as fields rather than being retyped.
- 03
Set up the onboarding board
Ticket columns for the steps that actually stall: tracking link issued, postback tested, creatives delivered, first traffic received. Each ticket gets an assignee and a deadline.
- 04
Switch on the privacy controls
Hide usernames and group member information, and block message editing and deletion, before a new manager or contractor gets inbox access.
- 05
Review the book weekly
Open onboarding tickets by owner, partners by stage, and response times per account. An AI assistant connected through the MCP can fill deal fields from the conversation and tell you which partners have gone quiet, reading the raw message events across every account.
Integrations
Keep the rest of your stack in sync
Telegram stays the place the conversation happens, while the systems your team already uses stay up to date.
- HubSpot each partner chat maps to a HubSpot contact and custom fields sync both ways, so deal model and stage reach the CRM your commercial team reports from. HubSpot-side changes arrive on a sweep every few minutes, so do not treat it as real time.
- Notion each chat becomes a row in one Notion database, with fields and select options syncing both ways in near real time through webhooks. A partner directory your team can read without an Entergram seat.
- Make.com update tags, contact details or read status on a chat from a scenario, for example when a partner's tier changes in your own back office.
- Zendesk private chats on selected accounts become Zendesk tickets, and agents reply from Zendesk through the real Telegram account. Useful when partner support shares a desk with customer support.
- Slack a one-way audit log of every chat a seat can access, relayed into one channel you choose.

FAQ
Questions from Affiliate & Partner Teams
Is Entergram affiliate tracking software?
No. It does not generate tracking links, attribute clicks or conversions, calculate commission, process postbacks or pay partners. If you need those, you need a tracking platform and you should keep the one you have. Entergram manages the partner conversations that happen in Telegram alongside it: one inbox across every manager's accounts, deal terms as fields on the chat, and tickets for onboarding.
Does it replace our affiliate platform or sit next to it?
Next to it. The platform stays the system of record for volume, commission and payouts. Entergram becomes the system of record for the relationship: who owns the partner, what was agreed and when, what is still outstanding. Teams usually keep the platform's partner ID as a custom field on the chat so the two records line up.
Can we use this as an affiliate CRM?
Yes, for the relationship side. Every chat carries custom fields you define, an assignee, internal comments and linked tickets, and the inbox filters on all of them. What it does not carry is commission data, because Entergram never sees your conversions. Teams that want both in one view sync the Entergram fields to HubSpot or Notion and add the platform's numbers there.
We run a casino affiliate program. Is there a page for that?
The vertical page is Telegram CRM for casinos, which covers player support and VIP hosts alongside the affiliate desk. If you are choosing between categories of casino affiliate software, the iGaming CRM comparison explains which job a player CRM, an affiliate platform and a Telegram conversation layer each do. This page is the cross-vertical version.
Do partners see that we are using a tool?
No. Entergram runs on real personal Telegram accounts, not bots, so a partner sees the same manager and the same account they already message. Fields, tickets and internal comments are on your side only. A bot would be visible as a bot and could not start a conversation with a partner who has not written first, which is why outreach on this channel runs on personal accounts.
What happens to the partner book when an affiliate manager leaves?
Fields, tickets and comments belong to the workspace, not the person, so they stay when a seat is removed. Accounts the company owns can be shared with the workspace, which means the next manager continues the same threads from the identity the partner already knows. A personal account the manager owns leaves with them, which is why most teams run partner work on company-owned accounts. The four privacy controls limit what someone with inbox access can take: hidden usernames, hidden group member information, no message editing, no message deletion.
Can we message partners who have never written to us?
Yes, if you already have the contact. Import your list and Entergram resolves each person by username through live Telegram search, or by phone number when there is no username, then sends from a real account. It does not harvest members from groups the account has not joined and it does not sell contact data. Consent and the marketing rules in each market remain yours.
How many accounts can an affiliate team run?
Five per seat are included on every plan, each on its own unique proxy, and extra accounts are EUR 5 per month in the same seat. A workspace holds many seats, and the inbox supports 100+ accounts in one view. There is a 3-day free trial with no credit card.
