Telegram CRM for iGaming Affiliates & Operators
Run every affiliate deal and VIP chat from one Telegram inbox
Affiliate managers, VIP hosts and support agents keep their own personal Telegram accounts. Entergram puts deal terms, player tier and ownership on the chat, across 100+ accounts, each on its own proxy.
Your affiliate managers each run three or four Telegram accounts, and the terms agreed with every partner live in their DMs. When one of them leaves, the partners usually follow. Entergram puts the record on the conversation (deal model, GEO, traffic source, owner, next step) so the program is something the company can see and keep.

The operating loop
How iGaming Affiliates & Operators run marketing, sales and service on Telegram
Find new partners and bring every existing affiliate and player thread into one place.
One inbox across every manager's accounts
Connect each affiliate manager's and VIP host's accounts and work them from one table, filtered by account instead of logged into one at a time.
Live search for partner channels
Find tipster channels, streamer communities and affiliate groups outside the workspace by name or username, labelled local or global. It matches names, not message content, and it does not open private groups.
Import the partner list you already have
Upload a spreadsheet of affiliates or players. Its columns become CRM fields, and each contact resolves by username, or by phone number when there is no username.
A proxy per account
Every connected account routes through its own proxy, so a team running 30 identities does not look like 30 accounts on one IP.
Turn a negotiation in a DM into a deal the whole affiliate team can see.
Deal terms as fields on the chat
Deal model (CPA, RevShare or hybrid), GEO, traffic source, brand and status as custom columns. Filter the inbox to every RevShare partner in one GEO still waiting on a tracking link.
Stages that match your onboarding
Define the stages your program actually uses, for example contacted, negotiating, link issued and live, and see where each partner sits without asking the manager.
Internal comments for handover
Notes the partner never sees, so a manager on leave hands over a thread with its history instead of a mystery.
Offer broadcasts from real accounts
Send a new offer or a brand update to a segment of partners, personalized per recipient with imported columns as merge tags, spread across accounts with Telegram-aware pacing.
Keep partners and high-value players with the company, not with one manager.
Privacy controls pointed inward
Hide usernames and group member information, and block message editing and deletion. Inbox access stops being a copy of the partner book.
Shared VIP accounts across shifts
Share a VIP host account with the retention team so a player who writes at 3am gets an answer from the same identity they already know.
Response times per account
Messages sent and received, response times, and busiest hours and days for every account. A slow reply to a VIP shows up in the numbers, and the raw data downloads for review.
Slack as an audit log
Every chat a seat can access is relayed one way into a Slack channel you choose, so the record of what was promised does not live only in Telegram.
01
The challenge
In iGaming, Telegram is where affiliate deals get negotiated and where VIP players expect a direct line to their host. Both run on personal accounts, usually several per person, so the real state of the partner program sits in DMs nobody else can read. Terms agreed in chat never reach the tracking sheet, a VIP message waits through a shift change, and when an affiliate manager moves to a competitor, the partners they recruited tend to move too.
02
How Entergram helps
Entergram is a layer on top of Telegram that runs on those same personal accounts, never on a bot. Every manager's and host's accounts sit in one inbox, each on its own proxy. Custom fields put deal model, GEO, traffic source and status on the conversation, so the program becomes a filter rather than a spreadsheet nobody updates. Internal comments carry handover context the partner never sees. Four inward privacy controls stop inbox access from turning into a copy of the contact book, and per-account analytics show which VIP chats are waiting too long.
- Deal model, GEO and traffic source on every affiliate chat
- Every manager's and VIP host's accounts in one inbox, filtered by account
- A separate proxy for each connected account
- A partner book that stays with the company when a manager leaves
- Offer broadcasts from real accounts, personalized per recipient
- Response times per account, so slow VIP replies show up before the player churns
Capabilities
What iGaming Affiliates & Operators actually use
Multi-account inbox
Every affiliate and VIP account in one filterable table. Narrow to one manager, one GEO or one deal stage without logging in and out.
Custom columns
Text, number, date, multiselect and checkbox fields on any chat. Imported list columns become fields too, usable as filters and merge tags.
Live Telegram search
Find channels, groups and people outside the workspace by name or username, with member count where Telegram exposes it and whether a workspace account already knows them. It is rate limited to protect the accounts.
Broadcasts with pacing
One offer to many partners, personalized per recipient, spread across several accounts on their own proxies. Replies land in the shared inbox against the record.
MCP across every account
An AI assistant connected through the MCP can read a negotiation, fill the deal fields, open a ticket for a payout question, or work out first-reply times for VIP chats from the raw message events.
Privacy controls
Hide usernames, hide group member information, prevent message editing and prevent message deletion. Built for the case where the risk is a person on your own team.
Setup
How it works
- 01
Connect the accounts
Each affiliate manager and VIP host connects their own accounts. Decide per account whether it is shared with the workspace or private to one person.
- 02
Define the program fields
Create custom columns for deal model, GEO, traffic source, brand and status, plus a VIP tier and a self-exclusion checkbox for player chats.
- 03
Import partners and players
Upload the list you already keep. Columns become fields, and each contact resolves by username or phone number.
- 04
Switch on the privacy controls
Hide usernames and group member data, and block message editing and deletion, before a new manager gets access.
- 05
Review the program weekly
Filter by stage, GEO or owner, check response times per account, and let an AI assistant on the MCP fill fields from the conversations.
Integrations
Keep the rest of your stack in sync
Telegram stays the place the conversation happens, while the systems your team already uses stay up to date.
- HubSpot: each chat maps to a HubSpot contact and custom fields sync both ways, so deal model and status reach the CRM your partner or finance team already uses. HubSpot-side changes arrive on a sweep every few minutes.
- Notion: each chat becomes a row in one Notion database, with fields syncing both ways in near real time. A partner directory without a second tool to maintain.
- Make.com: update tags and contact details on a chat from a scenario, for example when a partner's status changes in another system you run.
- Zendesk: private chats on the player support account become Zendesk tickets, and agents reply from the real Telegram account.
- Slack: a one-way audit log of every chat the seat can access, in one channel you choose.
FAQ
Questions from iGaming Affiliates & Operators
Do partners or players see that we use a CRM?
No. Entergram runs on real personal Telegram accounts, not bots. The partner or player sees the same account and the same conversation as before. Fields and internal comments stay on your side.
What happens to the partner list when an affiliate manager leaves?
The CRM layer (fields, stages, comments) belongs to the workspace, not the person. The privacy controls can hide usernames and group member information and block message editing and deletion, so a manager with inbox access does not hold a copy of the book. Accounts the company owns can be shared with the workspace, so the next manager continues the same threads.
Can we message partners or players who have not written to us first?
Yes, if you already have the contact. Import your list and Entergram resolves each person by username through live Telegram search, or by phone number when there is no username, then sends from a real account. It does not harvest members from groups the account has not joined and does not sell contact data. Consent and the marketing rules in each market you operate in stay your responsibility.
Does Entergram check licensing, player age or self-exclusion?
No. Entergram does not verify licences, ages or self-exclusion status. Teams usually keep a self-exclusion checkbox on player chats and leave those chats out of every broadcast segment. Compliance with gambling advertising rules in your markets stays with you.
How many accounts can an affiliate team run?
Five per seat are included on every plan, each on its own proxy, and extra accounts are EUR 5 per month in the same seat. A workspace holds many seats, and the inbox supports 100+ accounts in one view.
Can a head of VIP see how fast each host replies?
Yes, per account, which maps to a host when each host connects their own accounts. Analytics cover messages sent and received, response times, and busiest hours and days, and the raw data downloads. Through the MCP, an AI assistant can compute first-reply coverage or compare hosts from the underlying message events.
