How Entergram researches and maintains content

Entergram publishes product documentation, practical Telegram workflow guides and software comparisons. This policy explains how we separate those formats, verify claims and correct mistakes.

Authorship and responsibility

Every article names an author who is responsible for its scope and conclusions. Author pages describe the person's actual role and the subjects they cover. We do not invent qualifications or use company social profiles as personal identity proof.

Sources and product claims

Product behavior should be checked against the current Entergram application, help center or engineering documentation. Safety, platform-policy and legal claims should link to the relevant primary source. When a statement is an operational recommendation rather than a documented platform rule, the article should say so clearly.

Comparisons

Entergram is the publisher and a product being evaluated, so readers should assume a commercial interest. Maintained best-product guides disclose that relationship, use dated source matrices and link to official vendor documentation. Inclusion and ordering are not sold. A competitor can request a factual correction by contacting us.

Search intent and overlapping articles

Each indexable page is assigned a language, primary query, intent, buyer stage and parent pillar. When two pages answer the same need, we update, reposition or consolidate them rather than preserving both only for search coverage.

Localization

Localized pages should translate the main content, metadata and navigation while preserving the same underlying evidence. Search wording can change by language. A translated title does not need to mirror the English phrase when local readers use different terminology.

Automation and AI assistance

Automated tools may assist with research organization, translation, formatting and quality checks. They do not remove the named author's responsibility for accuracy. Claims that affect safety, privacy, compliance or competitor evaluation require source review before publication.

Updates and corrections

Substantive updates receive a modified date. If you find an inaccurate product, policy or comparison claim, email hello@entergram.com with the page URL, disputed statement and supporting source. We review material corrections and update the article or its evidence record when warranted.
