HubSpot Telegram MCP — turn chats into CRM work

Connect Entergram's Telegram MCP server and HubSpot CRM API inside Claude, n8n, Make or your own agent. Read one or many personal Telegram accounts, then safely update contacts, deals, notes and tickets in HubSpot.

HubSpot does not need to consume Entergram's MCP endpoint directly. The reliable pattern is a bridge: an MCP-compatible agent reads Telegram through Entergram, the same workflow calls HubSpot CRM API, and a stable identity map decides which HubSpot record belongs to which Telegram chat. This page shows that process for growth, sales and customer-success teams.

A promising Telegram lead becomes a deal, not another forgotten chat

Leo runs founder-led sales from two Telegram accounts while his team works from HubSpot.

Before

A prospect asks for pricing, returns three days later and agrees to a demo. The conversation is warm, but HubSpot still has only an old contact with no deal activity.

The moment it changes

The automation matches the verified email, summarizes the buying signals, appends a timeline note and drafts a follow-up task. It opens a ticket only if the same conversation contains a genuine onboarding problem.

After

The salesperson sees the promise, owner and source chat on the deal timeline. A private Entergram comment links back to the HubSpot record for the next run.

Result

The CRM captures the decision and next action—not an indiscriminate transcript dump.

Connect Telegram MCP to HubSpot in 3 steps

Use Claude, n8n, Make or a custom MCP agent as the orchestrator between Entergram and HubSpot.

  1. 01

Connect every Telegram account in Entergram

Connect the personal Telegram accounts your team actually uses, then authorize Entergram MCP. The workflow must call entergram_list_accounts first and keep every account_id attached to its messages.

  2. 02

    Authorize HubSpot separately

Add HubSpot to the same automation through HubSpot CRM API, a supported connector or your own integration. Entergram credentials never become HubSpot credentials; each system keeps its own OAuth scopes and revocation.

  3. 03

    Test matching, deduplication and writes

Match a Telegram chat only through a verified email, phone number or stored HubSpot record ID. Run in draft mode first, search before creating, store the destination record ID as an internal Entergram comment, then enable scheduled writes.

HubSpot Telegram MCP prompts worth automating

These prompts are designed for multiple Telegram accounts and an orchestrator that can call both Entergram MCP and HubSpot CRM API.

  • Quick win — “Read all connected Telegram accounts and show this week's qualified buying conversations. Keep each account separate and make no CRM changes.”
  • Weekly review — “Summarize seven days of Telegram activity by account, post the decisions and exceptions to Slack, and link each confident match to HubSpot.”
  • Sales follow-up — “Find explicit promises with no completed follow-up. Search HubSpot first, then draft one activity with owner, date, source account and chat link.”
  • Production-safe — “Match through a verified email, phone number or stored HubSpot record ID. For confident matches, write the week's Telegram decisions to the deal timeline and open a ticket only for genuine support exceptions. Stop ambiguous identities for review and save the destination ID in Entergram.”

Three HubSpot workflows, from chat to record

The model handles language; deterministic IDs, time windows and API calls handle state. That separation is what makes a HubSpot Telegram MCP workflow safe to repeat.

You ask

“write the week's Telegram decisions to the deal timeline and open a ticket only for genuine support exceptions.”

Tools called

entergram_list_accountsentergram_list_workspace_chatsentergram_list_messagesHubSpot: search/update

You get

The run starts with an account inventory, reads only the bounded Telegram window, matches through a verified email, phone number or stored HubSpot record ID, and proposes the smallest useful HubSpot change. The output retains the source account and chat link.

You ask

“Prepare the weekly HubSpot reconciliation and send the exceptions to Slack.”

Tools called

entergram_list_accountsentergram_get_chat_custom_fieldsHubSpot: list recordsSlack: post message

You get

Matched records become a reconciliation table; ambiguous identities and conflicting stages become a review list. Slack gets decisions and exceptions, not a dump of private conversations.

You ask

“Record the CRM handoff inside Entergram.”

Tools called

HubSpot: create/updateentergram_list_chat_commentsentergram_create_chat_comment

You get

After a successful CRM write, the automation adds a private Entergram comment with the HubSpot record ID, action, timestamp and owner. A later run can check that marker and avoid duplicates.

A weekly multi-account Telegram → HubSpot reconciliation

The same operating story works across CRMs: preserve account identity, match deterministically, write the minimum change and leave a two-way audit trail.

Make HubSpot reflect the decisions that happened in Telegram

Customer context is split across several personal Telegram accounts while HubSpot remains the system of record. Manual updates are late, inconsistent and usually omit which account or chat produced the decision.

The instruction

Every Friday at 16:00, list all connected Telegram accounts and review chats updated in the last seven days. Keep each account separate. Match a chat to HubSpot only through a verified email, phone number or stored HubSpot record ID. For confident matches, write the week's Telegram decisions to the deal timeline and open a ticket only for genuine support exceptions. Add the source account, chat link and week ending date. Put uncertain matches in a review queue, search before creating, and save every successful HubSpot record ID as a private Entergram comment.

What the team gets

HubSpot receives traceable, deduplicated updates instead of copied transcripts. Anyone opening the original Telegram chat can see which CRM record owns the follow-up and when the last sync ran.

What the HubSpot Telegram MCP bridge can do

  • -Read and summarize chats across multiple personal Telegram accounts
  • -Match Telegram conversations to HubSpot contacts, deals, notes and tickets
  • -Create reviewed notes, tasks or service escalations without copying every message
  • -Post weekly cross-account reports and exception queues to Slack
  • -Store the destination CRM ID as a private Entergram comment
  • -Run on a schedule with per-account cursors and duplicate protection

Two systems, two permission boundaries

Entergram MCP and HubSpot are authorized separately. Give the orchestrator read-only access first, expose only the CRM objects the workflow needs, and require approval for creates, merges, deletes and outbound customer messages.

Entergram personal agent
Read Telegram accounts, chats, messages, contacts and tickets. Use this for reporting and draft-only CRM reconciliation.
Entergram workspace connector
Adds team-level writes such as internal comments and permitted message actions. Owner or admin authorization is required.
HubSpot authorization
Grant only the contacts, deals, notes and tickets scopes needed by this workflow. Revoke it in HubSpot without exposing Telegram session credentials.

What this page does not promise

A useful integration page should describe the operational boundary as clearly as the outcome.

  • HubSpot is not automatically connected when you paste the Entergram MCP URL. An MCP client or automation layer must call both systems.
  • MCP is request-and-response. Recurring work needs a scheduler; near-real-time work needs an event source or always-on worker.
  • Display names are not safe CRM keys. Ambiguous identity matches must stop for review.
  • A multi-account run must retain account_id on every message and write. Removing it risks updating the right customer from the wrong Telegram identity.
  • Create and update calls should be idempotent: search first, store external IDs and advance a cursor only after the destination write succeeds.

HubSpot + Telegram MCP FAQ

Is this a native HubSpot MCP connector?
It is a bridge workflow. Entergram exposes Telegram through MCP; your orchestrator connects to HubSpot separately through HubSpot CRM API, another MCP server or a native automation connector.
Can it work across multiple personal Telegram accounts?
Yes. The workflow lists accounts first, preserves account_id through every step and reports or updates each identity separately.
Can it create records in HubSpot?
Yes, when the separately authorized HubSpot connection allows writes. Start with drafts and approvals, search before creating and save the resulting record ID in Entergram.
Can it run every 10 minutes?
Yes through n8n, Make, cron or an always-on worker. The scheduler invokes the MCP and CRM calls; the MCP endpoint itself does not poll while idle.
