Best iGaming CRM in 2026: 10 Tools Compared (Player CRMs, Affiliate Platforms and Telegram)

iGaming CRM categories compared: player CRMs, affiliate platforms and the Telegram layer

"iGaming CRM" covers three different jobs, and most buying mistakes come from expecting one tool to do all three. A player CRM decides which of 200,000 players gets which message today. An affiliate platform counts what each partner sent and what they are owed. And neither one helps the VIP host or the affiliate manager who is answering 60 Telegram chats from their own account at 11pm.

The short answer: if you need segmentation, journeys and bonus campaigns across your player base, you are buying a player CRM such as Optimove, Fast Track, Smartico, Xtremepush or Symplify. If you need partner tracking and commissions, you are buying an affiliate platform such as Cellxpert, Income Access, MyAffiliates or Affilka. If your problem is the human conversations your support agents, VIP hosts and affiliate managers have on personal Telegram accounts, that is a third layer, and it is what Entergram is built for. Most operators of any size end up with one tool from each layer.

Everything below was checked on each vendor's own website on 2026-10-17. None of them publishes a price list, so there are no prices in this comparison. Where we could not find something, we say "not found on their public pages", which is not the same as "does not exist".

The three layers, side by side

Player CRM Affiliate platform Telegram conversation layer
Main job Segment players and run automated campaigns Track partner traffic, commissions and payments Run one-to-one conversations with players and partners
Who uses it daily CRM and retention marketers Affiliate managers, finance Support agents, VIP hosts, affiliate managers
Scale of a typical action Thousands of players per campaign One partner's report or payout One chat, one person, right now
How it touches Telegram Several now send campaigns through an operator bot Not found on the public pages we checked Runs on the personal accounts people already message

Player CRMs

These are the tools that come up when you search "igaming crm" or "sportsbook crm". They hold player data from your platform, build segments and run lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push and, increasingly, messaging apps.

Optimove

Pick it if you are a larger operator wanting one marketing platform across several verticals or brands. For how it sits next to a Telegram conversation layer, see Optimove vs Entergram.

Fast Track

Pick it if you want a CRM where every feature is designed around casino and sportsbook operations.

Smartico

Pick it if gamification is central to your retention strategy.

Xtremepush

Pick it if your retention runs mainly on push, in-app and onsite messaging. The side-by-side is in Xtremepush vs Entergram.

Symplify

Pick it if you want responsible gaming triggers and automated player flows in one place, and also serve non-gaming brands.

What player CRMs do not cover

Sportsbook CRM: what changes for a sportsbook

A sportsbook buys from the same player CRM shortlist as a casino. Optimove, Fast Track, Smartico, Xtremepush and Symplify all name sportsbook operators on their iGaming pages. What changes is the shape of the work around the CRM.

  • Demand follows the fixture list. Questions about bet settlement, voided markets and cash-out arrive during and right after live events, often late at night and at weekends. A support rota built for steady casino traffic falls behind exactly when the big matches finish.
  • Disputes need the chat history. A settlement complaint is easier to resolve when the agent can see what the player was told before kick-off, in the same thread, whoever was on shift.
  • Tipster and affiliate relationships run on Telegram. Sportsbook affiliates often run their own Telegram channels, so the partner conversation and the deal live in Telegram rather than in the affiliate platform.

So the stack is the same three layers. The difference is that the conversation layer gets tested hardest around fixtures. Entergram's busiest-hours and response-time analytics show whether replies kept up during the last big match day, per account, and the raw data is downloadable for a post-event review.

Affiliate platforms

These track what partners send and what they earn. They are the system of record for the commercial side of affiliation.

  • Cellxpert: affiliate and partner management covering tracking, management and control of partner programmes, for iGaming, forex and eCommerce brands.
  • Income Access: affiliate software plus an affiliate network, programme management and digital marketing services. A Paysafe company.
  • MyAffiliates: affiliate software for high-volume operators who want all brands in one system. Describes a setup fee plus a monthly fee.
  • Affilka: affiliate tracking for casino, sportsbook and poker with CPA, RevShare and hybrid commissions, offered through SOFTSWISS. Lists fixed monthly, tier-based and multi-brand pricing models with no setup fee.

None of the four mentions Telegram on its public pages. That is expected: they count the deal, they do not hold the conversation that produced it. The affiliate manager guide shows how to link the two with a platform ID field on each partner chat.

The Telegram conversation layer

This is the gap the first two layers leave. On many casino and sportsbook desks:

  • Players write to the support account listed on the site, or to the VIP host's personal account.
  • Affiliate managers run several accounts each, often one per brand or region.
  • Nobody sees the whole queue, a withdrawal question waits through a shift change, and when a host or manager leaves, their chats leave too.

Entergram is a Telegram CRM that runs on those same personal accounts, not on a bot, so players and partners see no change. What it does for an iGaming desk:

  • One inbox for 100+ accounts, filtered by account instead of logging in and out, each account on its own unique proxy.
  • Shared or private, per account. Several agents can reply from one support account; a VIP account can be shared so the on-call person covers from the identity the player knows.
  • Tickets with an owner, issue type and SLA for withdrawals, KYC and account issues, linked to the chat.
  • Custom fields for VIP tier, brand, GEO, deal model, and a self-exclusion flag to keep chats out of broadcasts.
  • Four inward privacy controls: hide usernames, hide group member information, block message editing, block message deletion. Built for the case where the risk is someone on your own team.
  • Analytics per account: messages sent and received, response times, busiest hours and days, with downloadable raw data.
  • Integrations with HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion, Make.com, and Slack as a one-way audit log.

The same accounts also carry opted-in sends to players and partners, which our guide to casino marketing on Telegram covers, from consent to pacing.

And what it does not do, stated plainly: it does not connect to your casino platform, back office, payment system or affiliate platform; it does not check licences, ages or self-exclusion status; and it does not run segmented player campaigns the way a player CRM does. Compliance with gambling rules in your markets stays with you.

Which combination fits which operator

Situation What to buy
New brand, small team, players mostly in Telegram A Telegram conversation layer first; a player CRM when segmentation becomes the bottleneck
Established operator with a CRM team, VIP desk on hosts' phones Keep the player CRM; add the conversation layer for VIP and support
Affiliate programme where deals are negotiated in Telegram Affiliate platform for tracking, conversation layer for the partner relationships
Crypto casino or sportsbook where Telegram is the main support channel Conversation layer is the priority; a player CRM with a Telegram bot channel for campaigns

Questions buyers ask

Is a player CRM with a Telegram channel enough for VIP management?
For campaigns, often yes. For the host's one-to-one relationship, usually not: bot channels are built for opted-in campaign messages, while VIP players write to a person's account and expect that person to answer.

Can Entergram replace our player CRM?
No. It does not segment your player base from platform data or run automated journeys. It manages the conversations your people have on Telegram.

Can Entergram replace our affiliate platform?
No. It does not track clicks, deposits or commissions. It holds the partner conversation and the deal context next to it.

Does Entergram work alongside a casino bot or Mini App?
Yes. The bot keeps doing what it does; Entergram manages the human side on personal accounts.

What does Entergram cost for a casino desk?
Five Telegram accounts per seat are included on every plan, and extra accounts are EUR 5 per month in the same seat. See pricing for current plans and the free trial.

Next step

If you have not launched yet, start with how to start an online casino, which puts all three layers in the order a founder decides them. If your gap is the first layer, request demos from two or three player CRMs and compare how each handles your platform's data feed. If your gap is the conversations your support, VIP and affiliate teams have on Telegram, start with the Telegram CRM for casinos page and the VIP host playbook.
