Your VIP hosts' accounts in one place
VIP hosts and support agents work from one inbox and filter by account instead of switching phones. Entergram manages 100+ accounts this way, each on its own unique proxy.
Comparison
Xtremepush builds a single player view and automates personalised campaigns across push, email, SMS, in-app and onsite messages. Entergram is where VIP hosts, support agents and affiliate managers talk one-to-one on real personal Telegram accounts, with 100+ accounts in one inbox. They do different jobs, they do not integrate directly, and most operators that use Telegram seriously need both.
Quick verdict
This is not an either-or. Xtremepush decides which players receive which message and when, automatically and across channels. Entergram is the workspace for the conversations a person has to have: the VIP host's chat, the support thread, the affiliate manager's group. If you must pick one, ask whether your problem is automation across the player base or control over dozens of human Telegram accounts. Most operators have both.
Comparison
Two tools at different layers of the same stack. Xtremepush facts are from xtremepush.com, checked 17 October 2026.

Xtremepush covers push, email, SMS and on-site messaging. If your VIP and affiliate teams talk to people on Telegram from their own accounts, that work happens outside it. Entergram is built for exactly that side.
Hide usernames, hide group member information, and stop staff editing or deleting messages. Decide per account whether it is shared with the workspace or private to one person.
Response times, message volume and busiest hours per account, with the raw data downloadable. Through the MCP, an AI client can answer the questions no fixed report covers.
The core difference
A retention team running Xtremepush and a VIP desk running Telegram are solving different problems with different tools. The mistake is expecting either one to do the other's job.
Xtremepush describes itself as a CRM and loyalty marketing platform, and its iGaming page is specific about the mechanics: a real-time single player view, audiences built on past, real-time and predicted behaviour, RFM and CLTV, and lifecycle automation that sends the right bonus at the right time.
It also covers ground Entergram never will. XP Loyalty, free-to-play games with a custom game builder, campaigns triggered by live sporting events, InfinityAI predictions that flag likely VIPs and churn, and a Consent Management product. If the question is which players get which offer during tonight's match, Xtremepush is the tool.
Xtremepush's channel list is push, email, SMS, in-app, onsite messages, inline content, microsites and ad retargeting. Telegram is not on it, and that is not a criticism: those are the channels a marketing platform automates.
Telegram in iGaming is usually a different kind of channel. It is where a VIP host keeps a personal relationship, where support answers in a thread the player opened, and where affiliate managers run groups with partners. Those are people typing from their own accounts. Entergram connects those personal accounts, so the relationship and its history stay with the company instead of on one person's phone.
There is no direct integration between Xtremepush and Entergram, and this page will not imply one. Teams that use both connect them with a list, not an API.
Entergram is not a player CRM. It has no player data platform, no lifecycle automation, no loyalty scheme and no games, and it does not read your player account platform. Its shipped integrations are HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion, Make.com and Slack, with no Xtremepush connector. For the whole stack and where each layer sits, read our iGaming CRM guide.
What it does is the Telegram layer: the inbox, the per-account sharing and privacy controls, the analytics and the MCP. If Telegram is how your VIP and affiliate teams work, see how that layer is set up in Telegram CRM for casinos.
Honest recommendation
Ask who is typing. If the message is generated by a rule for thousands of players, that is Xtremepush. If a person is typing it to one player on Telegram, that is Entergram.
Running both
Nothing moves out of Xtremepush. You add the Telegram conversation layer beside it.
Log each VIP host, support and affiliate account into Entergram. Each one is routed through its own unique proxy.
Decide per account whether it is shared with the workspace or private, then switch on the controls you need: hide usernames, hide group member information, block editing and deletion.
Export the list from Xtremepush and import it into Entergram. Columns such as tier or host become custom fields you can filter on. Import only players who have agreed to be contacted on Telegram.
If you run HubSpot, connect it so custom fields sync both ways with HubSpot contacts. If not, refresh the imported list on a schedule that suits the desk.
Connecting an account is a Telegram session. See the security page for how sessions are stored.
