/pricing). - Attachments — up to 3 files.

Create a template
Section titled “Create a template”Compose a message in the composer, then click Save as template. Give it a name, add labels and any attachments, optionally set a slash command, and save. It’s available to you immediately.
Insert a template
Section titled “Insert a template”From the picker — click the templates icon at the left of the composer, pick a template, and its content and attachments fill the composer. The picker shows each template’s usage count, last-used time, attachment previews, and labels; search by text or filter by label.
With a slash command (fastest) — give a template a command like /pricing, then type that command in any composer to insert it instantly. Great for scripted replies you reach for many times a day. Variables resolve on send — Hi {{first_name}}, becomes Hi Alex,.
Workspace sharing

Limits
Section titled “Limits”- 10 labels per template, 32 characters per label
- 3 attachments per template, 3 MB each
- 100 MB total template storage per user
