Grok Telegram MCP for multiple personal accounts

Connect Grok to the Telegram accounts you actually use, not a separate bot. Entergram gives Grok one hosted MCP connection for searching chats, finding missed leads, summarizing conversations and preparing replies across several personal accounts.

MCP server URL https://mcp.entergram.com/mcp

Grok supports custom Model Context Protocol connectors. Add Entergram's hosted Telegram MCP URL, complete OAuth, and Grok can call scoped tools against your authorized personal Telegram accounts. Every result retains its source account and chat, so founder, sales, support and community identities do not collapse into one ambiguous inbox. Entergram is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SpaceXAI.

Multi-account story · Web3 operations

Three Telegram identities become one clear Grok briefing

A Web3 operations lead manages a founder account, a partnerships account and a shared support account while the wider team works from a CRM and ticket queue.

Before

High-value introductions land in the founder inbox, commercial questions arrive in partnerships, and customer problems appear in support. Manual forwarding strips away context and still leaves the team unsure which identity should answer.

The moment it changes

Grok lists the accounts first, reads only the requested time window and groups each finding by account_id and chat. It drafts replies, proposes owners and creates tickets only after approval.

After

The team receives one briefing with three explicit account sections. Every lead, complaint and reply stays traceable to the original Telegram identity and conversation.

Result

One MCP endpoint gives Grok a complete operating view without merging accounts or replacing them with a bot.

Connect Grok to Telegram in 3 steps

Use Grok's custom MCP connector flow with Entergram's hosted HTTPS endpoint.

  1. 01

    Connect your personal Telegram accounts

Create an Entergram workspace and add the real Telegram accounts used by your team. Keep founder, sales, support, regional or community identities separate inside one workspace.

  2. 02

Add Entergram as a custom connector

Open Grok's Connectors area, create a Custom connector and paste https://mcp.entergram.com/mcp. For a managed Business or Enterprise workspace, an administrator may need to provision the connector first.

  3. 03

Authorize, list accounts and test read-only

Complete the Entergram OAuth consent screen. Ask Grok to list the available Telegram accounts, choose one explicitly, and summarize a bounded chat before enabling messages, tickets or CRM-field writes.

Three ways to use Grok with Telegram MCP

Grok web, iOS and Android

Use Grok Connectors, add a Custom connector, paste Entergram's public MCP URL and complete OAuth. Connector availability and labels can vary by plan and rollout.

Grok Business or Enterprise

A team administrator provisions the custom connector, after which approved members connect their own access. Use an Entergram workspace connector only for governed shared workflows.

Grok Bot or Grok Build

Where the agent surface accepts remote MCP servers, give it the same HTTPS URL and authorize Entergram. Confirm the discovered tools and account scope before approving writes because Grok product interfaces can differ.

What to ask Grok about your Telegram accounts

Start with account-aware prompts. Grok should resolve the source account before reading or writing anything.

  • “List all connected Telegram accounts, then show unanswered client messages from the last 48 hours under a separate heading for each account.”
  • “Across the founder and sales accounts, find conversations where someone asked for pricing but never received a reply.”
  • “Summarize this week's product complaints without copying private message history; include the source chat and a recommended owner.”
  • “Find leads who messaged more than once, rank them by buying intent, and draft a reply for approval; do not send anything yet.”
  • “Create a high-priority support ticket from this conversation and leave the ticket summary as a private Entergram comment.”
  • “Compare response times across our sales, support and community Telegram accounts and explain where follow-up is breaking down.”

How a Grok request becomes safe Telegram actions

Grok does not receive a raw Telegram session. It discovers structured Entergram tools and calls only the actions allowed by OAuth.

You ask

“Which client messages have waited more than 24 hours across all accounts?”

Tools called

entergram_list_accountsentergram_list_live_chatsentergram_list_messages

You get

Grok resolves every account, checks the latest inbound and outbound activity per chat, and returns a ranked list grouped by source account. The account boundary remains visible in every row.

You ask

“Draft follow-ups for the five strongest unanswered leads, but wait for approval.”

Tools called

entergram_list_accountsentergram_list_contactsentergram_list_messages

You get

Grok identifies buying signals and drafts account-aware responses. Nothing is sent until you approve a specific chat and originating account.

You ask

“Turn this complaint into an urgent ticket and leave an internal note.”

Tools called

entergram_create_ticketentergram_create_chat_comment

You get

The ticket is linked to the correct conversation and a private comment records the handoff. The customer sees neither the internal analysis nor the note.

Operating playbook · Daily triage

A daily Grok briefing across every personal Telegram account

The useful pattern is not merely “summarize Telegram.” It is an account-safe operating routine with a bounded window, explicit owners and approval before outbound messages.

Read each identity separately, then assemble one action list

The team has several personal Telegram accounts and no reliable way to see overdue conversations, buying signals and support risk without opening every inbox.

The instruction

List all connected Telegram accounts first. For each account, read only messages since the last review and create separate sections for unanswered clients, qualified leads, complaints and promised follow-ups. Include account name, chat, wait time and recommended owner. Draft replies but never send them without approval. Create tickets only for confirmed support issues and write the ticket ID back as a private comment.

What the team gets

Sales sees warm conversations before they cool, support sees genuine risk, and every proposed reply names the Telegram identity that will send it.

What Grok can do with Entergram Telegram MCP

  • -Discover and keep separate multiple personal Telegram accounts
  • -Search chats and message history across authorized identities
  • -Find unanswered conversations, cold leads and recurring complaints
  • -Summarize customer context without using a Telegram bot account
  • -Draft or send account-scoped replies when write access is granted
  • -Read and update contacts, tickets, comments and custom CRM fields

Personal-account access without sharing Telegram credentials

Grok receives scoped MCP tools, not your Telegram phone number, session file or API keys. Begin with read access and expand permissions only after account routing has been tested.

Personal agent
Read authorized accounts, chats, messages, contacts and tickets, with limited safe writes for the member's own work.
Workspace connector
Owner/admin-controlled access for shared workflows that may send messages or update workspace-wide CRM and ticket data.
Revocation
Disconnect Grok or revoke the MCP grant from Entergram at any time; the Telegram session itself remains inside Entergram.

Important boundaries before you automate

These constraints keep the page and your workflow honest.

  • Entergram is an independent MCP provider, not an official SpaceXAI, xAI, Grok or Telegram partnership.
  • Grok connector availability, naming and admin requirements can change by product, plan and rollout; use the official references below for the latest interface.
  • A normal chat does not become an always-on agent. Scheduling requires a supported Grok agent feature, n8n, Make, cron or another worker.
  • Every outbound action should include an explicit account_id; never assume one default identity across multiple personal accounts.
  • Telegram write actions require the appropriate Entergram plan and OAuth scope, and sensitive messages should remain approval-gated.

Grok Telegram MCP troubleshooting

Grok rejects the MCP URL
Use the public HTTPS endpoint exactly as shown: https://mcp.entergram.com/mcp. Localhost and private-network URLs are not reachable by Grok's cloud connector.
The connector exists but no Entergram tools appear
Reconnect, complete OAuth and start a fresh conversation so Grok rediscovers the tool list. In a managed workspace, confirm that an administrator provisioned the connector.
Grok chooses the wrong Telegram identity
Begin the prompt with 'list accounts first' and name the intended account. Require the returned account_id on every read or write call.
A write returns a permission error
Confirm that the OAuth grant and Entergram plan include the requested write scope. Test with a read-only summary before expanding access.
