Entergram update July 2026 — Kanban board, faceted filters, bulk actions and a new help center

Two weeks, 180+ merged changes. Rather than dump it all into one release note, here's what actually matters — grouped by what it lets you do differently.

Work your CRM as a board

The chat table now has a Kanban view. Lanes come from any single-select custom column, so the board is your data drawn differently — drag a card between lanes and the field updates in the table too.

  • Rename a lane by double-clicking it, recolour it, or add one inline.
  • New group builds the underlying column for you if you don't have a suitable one yet: name it, list the lanes, done.
  • Lane order is shared and persisted, so your team opens the board the same way you left it.
  • Card order within a lane persists too.

Tickets got the same treatment, with lanes from Status, Priority, Assignee or any ticket select column.

Filters that show you what's active

The table toolbar was rebuilt around a faceted filter panel with inline sorting. Every filter supports include or exclude — "only VIP" and "everything except VIP" are the same control.

The bigger change is honesty about state. When your screen drifts from the saved view, you now get an amber unsaved marker and a changes pill that spells out exactly what moved: was {value}, was unsorted, Added, Removed, Cleared. You can undo any single change, discard everything, or fold the drift into the view.

Saved views also load correctly at startup now, survive switching between them, and no longer duplicate workspace chats — three separate bugs that made views feel unreliable.

Act on many chats at once

Select rows and a floating toolbar appears. Mark read, pin, add to or remove from Telegram folders, set or clear custom fields across the whole selection, start a broadcast, or exclude chats from the CRM entirely.

Bulk exclusion controls landed alongside it: exclude every chat on an account at once, or restore them all, with individual chats still restorable from the list.

Find and forward across every account

  • Search now spans all connected accounts at once, with results split into existing chats, new chats found on Telegram, and message-text matches.
  • Forwarding is cross-account — forward a message from one account's chat into another's, with paginated destination search so long chat lists are usable.
  • Find new chats by phone number, not just username.
  • Workspace Top Chats is searchable, and you can browse analytics for any chat you own.

Manage groups and channels properly

Full forum topic management for supergroups: turn forum mode on or off, create topics with an icon colour, rename, close, reopen, hide, pin and delete them — plus search and pagination for long topic lists.

Alongside it: join requests with accept/reject and bulk accept-all, invite link creation with approval links and usage counts, default member permissions, and content protection.

Chat panel and messaging

  • Assignee picker directly in the chat details panel — no detour through tickets.
  • Telegram Premium status now shows on connected accounts and in the chat list.
  • Message deletes propagate across every CRM view instead of leaving a stale preview behind.
  • Live group sender identities resolve reactively, so names stop showing as "Unknown User" while data loads.
  • Chat comments open instantly from a shared cache.
  • Composer, attachment and layout improvements throughout, plus Markdown file uploads.
  • Telegram folder drafts are preserved instead of being cleared on you.

Billing you can manage without leaving the app

Plan changes and cancellation now happen inside Entergram, not only in the Stripe portal. Before anything is charged you see the full picture: the workspace recurring subtotal, the estimated prorated charge, and an explicit authorization step.

We also separated billing access from Stripe management, so members see accurate state instead of being told to contact the owner for things they can do themselves. Workspace trials are now durable across regrants, and trials on the new billing get full analytics access.

Under the hood

  • ws-v2 recovery: bindings recover after a hard refresh, provisional bindings recover on open sockets, and reconnect backoff is handled quietly instead of alarming you.
  • Custom columns stay available during realtime recovery rather than blanking out.
  • Reactions converge across topics in forum supergroups.
  • Chat history starts without a cache delay, and cold chat opens no longer flash a single message.
  • Message sends recover safely, and media send timeouts are aligned with the gateway.
  • Next.js upgraded to a patched 15.5.18, and error reporting was hardened end to end.

A cleaner interface

Unified icon set, configurable table border weight for Messages and Tickets independently, four text sizes, chat background patterns, retuned dark themes, and a reworked analytics and tickets empty state. Small things, but they're the ones you look at all day.

And a rebuilt Help Center

The Help Center went from 24 articles to 57. New sections cover everything that was previously undocumented:

What we removed

Shipping isn't only addition. We removed the SLA notification system (noisy, and the SLA badges and analytics already tell you what you need), retired legacy CRM tags in favour of custom columns, and cleaned up exposed legacy CRM surfaces.
