Comparison

Wazzup connects messengers to your CRM. Entergram is the Telegram workspace.

Wazzup is a connector: it brings WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and Viber accounts into a CRM you already run, such as Kommo (formerly amoCRM) or Bitrix24, and it bills per connected channel. Entergram does Telegram only. It puts 100+ personal Telegram accounts in one inbox and adds analytics, tickets, privacy controls and an MCP server on top.

Quick verdict

Both products connect real personal Telegram accounts, so this is not a bot comparison. Choose Wazzup if your team lives in Kommo or Bitrix24 and needs WhatsApp next to Telegram in the deal card. Choose Entergram if Telegram is the business, you run many accounts, and you want the workspace, the analytics and the AI access to be Telegram-native rather than borrowed from a general CRM.

  • Telegram connection: both connect a personal account. Wazzup also sells a separate Telegram Bot channel.
  • Where the work happens: in Wazzup, inside your CRM. In Entergram, inside Entergram, with five shipped integrations (HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion, Make.com, Slack).
  • Cost shape: Wazzup bills per channel, from $15 a month on START with a 50-chat cap. Entergram bills per seat with 5 Telegram accounts included and unlimited chats.
  • Where Wazzup wins: WhatsApp, WABA, Instagram and Viber, native Kommo and Bitrix24 integrations, auto-replies and a mobile app.

Why Telegram-first teams pick Entergram over a connector

The account is the unit, not the channel

Wazzup bills every Telegram account as a channel, and the cheaper plans cap the number of chats. Entergram includes 5 accounts in each seat, adds more at €5 a month each, and never counts chats. Running 20 accounts stops being 20 line items.

Analytics that know it is Telegram

Entergram measures messages sent and received, response times, and the busiest hours and days across every account, and lets you download the raw data. A general CRM reports on deals. This reports on the conversations.

Controls pointed at your own staff

Hide usernames, hide group member information, and stop staff editing or deleting messages. These four controls exist because customers asked for protection against the person who exports the contact list and leaves.

AI across every account at once

Entergram's MCP server gives Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client access to every Telegram account on your seat: fill CRM fields, triage tickets, find leads, and answer analytics questions from the raw event stream.

The core difference

A pipe into your CRM vs a workspace built on Telegram

You already pay for a CRM, or you are about to. The question is whether Telegram should be one more pipe into it or the place the team works. Wazzup answers the first. Entergram answers the second.

What Wazzup does well

Wazzup is a mature connector. Its pricing page lists six channel types (WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Telegram Bot, Instagram and Viber) and its integrations include Kommo, Bitrix24, Zoho and HubSpot. Its Telegram page says chats and contacts are stored in the CRM, so when a manager leaves, the history stays with the company.

It is also not a bot product, which matters. The Telegram channel connects a personal account, it can message a client first by username, and group chats are included on every Telegram plan. If your sales team already runs inside Kommo or Bitrix24 and talks to clients on both WhatsApp and Telegram, Wazzup puts both into the deal card, and that is a strong reason to buy it.

Where the connector model stops

A connector inherits the shape of the CRM it feeds. Telegram becomes a message thread on a deal, and every Telegram-specific question (which account owns this relationship, how fast did each account reply, who is allowed to see the group member list) has to be answered by a tool that was designed around deals.

Entergram starts from the other end. The account is the object. You filter the inbox by account instead of switching to it, decide per account whether it is shared with the workspace or private to one person, and route each account through its own unique proxy. That last detail is why 40 accounts in one workspace do not look like 40 accounts on one IP.

Per channel vs per seat

Wazzup's Telegram plans run from $15 to $90 per channel per month on monthly billing ($12 to $72 on yearly billing). A channel is one messenger account. START allows 50 chats, INBOX and PRO allow 500, and only MAX is unlimited. INBOX cannot message clients first.

Entergram's Basic plan is €29 per seat per month and Pro is €39. Each seat includes 5 Telegram accounts, extra accounts are €5 a month each, and chats and contacts are unlimited on every plan. Analytics, tickets, the API and MCP are on Pro. See the pricing page for current rates.

What Entergram does not do

Entergram has no WhatsApp, Instagram or Viber, and this page will not pretend otherwise. It has no Kommo or Bitrix24 integration. Its shipped integrations are HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion, Make.com and Slack, and the HubSpot one syncs contacts and custom fields, not messages.

So if the hard requirement is "every client message from every messenger inside the Bitrix24 deal card", Wazzup is the right tool and Entergram is not.

Cost

Wazzup vs Entergram pricing

Wazzup prices by channel, so the bill follows the number of accounts and the chat cap you need. Entergram prices by seat, so the bill follows the number of people.

One person running five Telegram accounts

On Wazzup PRO, five Telegram channels cost $225 a month on monthly billing (5 × $45), with 500 chats per channel, plus whatever your CRM charges.

On Entergram Pro, one seat with five Telegram accounts costs €39 a month, with unlimited chats. The comparison flips if what you need is WhatsApp in the same CRM card, because Entergram cannot do that at any price.

Honest recommendation

Which one should you choose?

Ask where your team spends the day. If it is inside a CRM and Telegram is one of several messengers, pick the connector. If it is inside Telegram, pick the workspace.

Choose Wazzup if…

  • Your team already works in Kommo (amoCRM) or Bitrix24 and is not moving
  • Clients write on WhatsApp, Instagram or Viber as well as Telegram
  • You want every message attached to the deal card inside that CRM
  • Auto-replies and templates are central to how you answer
  • You connect only one or two Telegram accounts

Choose Entergram if…

  • Telegram is where your clients actually are, and nothing else matters as much
  • You run many personal accounts and want them in one filterable inbox
  • You need to stop staff deleting messages or seeing who is in a group
  • You want response times and busiest hours per account, with the raw data
  • You want an AI client working across every account through MCP

Switching

Moving Telegram from Wazzup to Entergram

Most teams do not replace Wazzup outright. They move Telegram and leave WhatsApp where it is.

  1. 1

    Connect the Telegram accounts

Log each account into Entergram. Each one is routed through its own unique proxy.

  2. 2

Set sharing and privacy before inviting the team

Decide per account whether it is shared with the workspace or private, then switch on the controls you need: hide usernames, hide group member information, block editing and deletion.

  3. 3

Rebuild the fields you actually use

Recreate your CRM fields as Entergram custom fields. If you have a contact list, import it: imported columns become custom fields you can filter and merge on.

  4. 4

    Decide what stays in Wazzup

Keep the WhatsApp and Instagram channels in Wazzup if they do real work, and remove the Telegram channels from your plan once the team has moved.

Connecting an account is a Telegram session. See the security page for how sessions are stored.

FAQ

Wazzup vs Entergram: frequently asked questions

Does Wazzup use a Telegram bot or a personal account?
Both, as separate channel types. Its pricing page lists Telegram and Telegram Bot as different channels, and its Telegram CRM page says you can message a client first by username, which a bot cannot do. So Wazzup is not a bot-only tool.
Does Entergram support WhatsApp?
No. Entergram is Telegram only, by design. If you need WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business API, Instagram or Viber in the same place as Telegram, Wazzup covers them and Entergram does not.
Does Entergram integrate with Kommo, amoCRM or Bitrix24?
No. Entergram's five shipped integrations are HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion, Make.com and Slack. If your team must keep working inside Kommo (formerly amoCRM) or Bitrix24, Wazzup is the better fit.
How is Wazzup priced for Telegram?
Per channel, where a channel is one messenger account. On monthly billing the Telegram plans are START $15, INBOX $30, PRO $45 and MAX $90 per channel per month, with 20% off on yearly billing. START allows 50 chats, INBOX and PRO 500, MAX unlimited, and INBOX is incoming only. Checked on wazzup24.com on 17 October 2026.
How many Telegram accounts can Entergram handle?
You can manage 100+ Telegram accounts in one inbox and filter by account instead of switching. Each seat includes 5 accounts, and extra accounts in the same seat are €5 a month each.
Is Entergram a cold outreach tool?
No. It is a CRM and shared inbox for sales and support teams on their own Telegram accounts. It can send a personalized broadcast to a list you supply, with Telegram-aware pacing, but it does not harvest members from groups the account has not joined and does not sell contact data.
